pre session ..
the beginning of any market is open ..
after 1-2 hours any market is open ..
who will usually react but real moves always come after 1-2 hours of every market open ..
pre session or early market open is just bait or opportunity for us to enter the market ....
fake move first then the real movement will come after shaking ..
it happens every day ..

trading 24/5 is really hard for me to fully concentrated and control my discipline i need to break my bad habits, reduce my mistakes, control my risks so i need a process & routine
i stop trading via mobile for a while (trade only laptop)
when things can't go well or when my emotions involved. more time in front of screen more time disaster ( and eye strain) XD so i can turn my computer off and stay away from the market
