DislikedHonestly, I started using Jimmy O's Fajita Rub, Spicy Rub, and Peach & Pepper Marinade a week ago. Absolutely love the Spicy Rub on steaks, and Peach & Pepper on Chicken. The spicy uses paprika. Typically I use my own recipes, but thought I would try this based on others here locally speaking about it. So far I love it, but still prefer my fajitas marinated in Ken's Zesty Italian salad dressing for 48 hours before grilling on pit for both beef and chicken breast fajitas.
