Have you looked at the weekly chart? Things are not looking good for USD. It's more likely to continue moving down to 88

Hello everyone, been out a while due to spending time with my kids hunting, camping, fishing, etc. Anyhow, I am looking for long set ups on lower TF's because 4H MACD has crossed going up. Take care and will see y'all on the forum during the week.
p.s. For anyone wondering, the red and blue vertical(up & down) lines are just lines I put in place on the 4H chart so I have a direction reference on the 30M chart. When I am trading multiple pairs it helps me from getting confused flipping through charts.

Here's my technical perspective on the EURUSD as a swing trader. On the daily time frame, a bullish continuation candlestick was printed on Friday which took price action above an area of consolidation. Any bullish follow-through on Monday will likely see price action target the 1.19550 horizontal resistance area seen on the monthly time frame. Technically, from the monthly technical outlook, I expect a bearish rejection of the 1.19550 horizontal resistance area and so any bullish move is likely to be temporary.


I may be wrong. Trade safe and prosper.

Eur/usd pushed out the back of the sell zone. triggered some buy stops but I closed them.
I'm gonna hold short unless we can break back over 1.18485

Soooo I normally do not enter on Friday, but I could not help myself. As you can see from my previous post, will run it up a bit. If it makes a new HH, will exit, if not I will still exit and take my profit. Remember everyone, trading is easy. It is the things such as money mgmt, and it is picking wrong areas to enter that cost money. As I used to always post, if you are having trouble, say so in the forum. Also post your current strategy and be open to advice. All of us who are successful now had to at one time admit our failures. If we do not fail, we cannot succeed. Pride can be very expensive. There are many successful people here trading different strategies on different timeframes. Lastly remember, it is VERY unprofitable trying to consistently catch the tip top of the highs or very bottom of the lows. There will always be some HEALTHY drawdown, just make sure you understand why and when there is drawdown. It doesn't matter if you use MACD, Supply/Demand, Oscillators, etc, just know why it occurs. Yes most indicators lag, and I am happy they do. If you do not know why I say that, research further. Can I trade naked charts, yes. Do I prefer indicators, yes. Don't make this harder than it is. I like identifying the trend on a higher time frame, and shorting at HH or entering on the dips, etc. Everyone has their own strategy. If you use an indicator, please spend time understanding everything it could mean. Especially MACD which is so much more than crossing. Time to open more beer, cooking some stuffed pork tenderloin on the grill. For fun, mark you long entries with a blue vertical line and shorts with a red vertical line. Now work out your method. This should give you some great advice especially if your lines are on a higher time frame.

Had just closed shorts and turned on buy robots haha. 50% @ 1761 looks like the one.

LOL soooo folks try this if you eat pork. Get a pork tenderloin, comes 2 to a pack. Cut the silver skin off and fat, then make an incision on the side and butterfly it open so you get a big flat piece of meat. Cover it with cream cheese which you let come up to room temp, smear it all over. Then add chopped up jalapeno and MAYBE some Louisiana sausage. Roll back up, wrap it in bacon, bake at 375 for 1 hour if you don't have a pit. Cut slices off when done. Absolutely delicious. NOW, this is like trading, if you put all the work in(Technical Analysis) and don't cook it long enough, not so good. If you leave it in to long(Fundamental Analysis), not so good. It is a timing thing right? So we use a temp gauge or timer. Could we get a few more minutes out of it? Yes. If we take it out to early, is it as good? No. Just like trading, LMAO. We are not aiming for the absolute best timing, we are aiming for the zone. Hope that helps Coolhand.
