I have a question for you , Could you please tell us about your day trading routine, please? What time do you wake up & go to sleep? How many hours do you looking at chart per day? do you need to watch chart all day to find the setups or you have a daily routine to analysis & making trading plan each day and any advices? (to not feel exhausted & tired during the day & missed setups & discipline & consistency)
