However, the two screen shots you provided appear to be a Bid and Ask issue. On your screen shot of desktop platform we can clearly see "Ask" is selected. The Bid/Ask selection is not displayed on the mobile platform but you can check and toggle between by clicking the three dots in the upper left corner of the chart. Once you click on the dots the "Chart Options" page will open and you can see if you have Bid or Ask selected.
FXCM South Africa is regulated by the FSCA. If you wish to make a complaint about about FXCM to the regulator they will ask you to first try to resolve it directly with the firm. Your first step would be to email [email protected] with the details.
