Started analyzing more on fundamentals. I am still trading technicals obviously, but the more I read the news, the more it helps with my longer term trading. It also does help with day trading. It is a lot of homework day to day to analyse the news, but it gets easier, when you know what you are looking for. If you are trading EURUSD, just read about EUR and USD and of course GBP news. If you trade GBPJPY or USDJPY read EUR news, GBP and JPY news. I concentrate, on CAD, USD, EUR, JPY, GBP mostly. If I want to trade CHF I will look into macro economics for that country, if not than i stick to currencies I mentioned. Trade safe.

The deadline 24 Hrs stimulus package passed, what now?

I did some selling at 1.18 48 now.

Good day. EU is bullish again after it broked 1830 resistance yesterday, I see it heading at 1860 and 1900-10. Support levels are above 1795 at 1800 and 1820.

I watch how the US stimulus package deal will end and the markets reaction for clues about the trend.

Be aware that
1. many believe the discussions are merely political theater, because nobody wants to be seen as the cause of the not passing of a stimulus package (elections).
For the Dems there is little political gain in a deal before elections (only helps Trump).
2. even IF a deal is made, that is not the same as that it will happen, because it also needs to pass the Senate where there are quite a few against "anything larger than $ 500 B". That being said, McConnell seems to be getting more positive (but see again line 1)

Recent H 1.18 62 is another selling level..... and 1.18 80 IF seen........

checking usdx , a necessary crash down done & now to ready for bounce , weekly basis may need after 2 more weeks , so range arounds possible !

Are we heading towards 1.190?

If 1.1840-1.1830 is broken then maybe 1.180-1.1790 possible.

Went long @ 1.1850, 10 pips of SL.. targeting 1.190.. if stopped out and 1.1840-1.1830 is broken, I may short to see if I can get 1.180-1.1790

all super craziness but ok to wait . all one last leg running before breakout .

SL @ BE.. tempted to short and close the long here in about 30 pips, but I am thinking of letting it run to see if I am able to get 1.190, if so.. I plan to close half of the long there and keep the rest running to see if the pair tests the highs around 1.20. Going to avoid the shorts for now unless the Daily candle is closed below 1.1850. Safe trading guys!

DXY at strong support (92.59), could bounce from here, EUR/USD might see some southwards pressure. Profitable bulls might wish to consider taking some profits.
