- Check calender for red news, hop down to that currency pair and check the candles for spikes on the time frame you want to trade. Do that for a couple of month's, you will soon learn which news does have a impact, if any.

"Who" prepares the economic data for news release? What time did the "Who" start preparing the economic data and how time did the "Who" take to have the economic data ready for approval prior to its release? By the time you see it on FFCal, the market already knew before Tekkies.
NFP is what the smart money use to set up the TDI green cross red traders like you.

How does the 5 Method react to news or how should it be traded in medium-high impact news? Could you please point out the relevant posts explaining if there are any? Thanks

the 'news' on FFCal did not include those other types of 'news' which the smart money have access to and the smart money set up the retail traders especially traders who trade indicator green cross red.... to fill orders.
what moves the currency market? its not news.
how to avoid trading into 'news'?
make that transition to trade the 4-hour and Daily chart timeframes. one of many reason why the OP started this thread and moved the 5-Method discussions here is that there are more benefits to trade the 4-hour which is less susceptible to market reaction to news.
take a look at H4, Daily and Weekly. What was the market type at the opening of the week? Has the market type changed now that NY is closed?

You still don't get it. TMS is not about green cross red. Take the OP post as his advice and go to the old thread and start all over again. READ & STUDY his old thread, take notes of every other system and method he talked about in his old thread. Remember the three(3) TAKEAWAYs which II shared in one of my post last week.
Now study these two charts below, the same EURUSD charts. Can you spot the same and difference on these two charts? If you still cannot spot them, then you need to follow the Op Big E advice and go back to babypips.com learn the basic forex stuff.

Add the APB/HA candles and the 5EMA, Typical Price, Shift+3 to the same two charts and switch to Bar Chart instead of the Japanese candlesticks.
Do you feel good looking at these now?

Must be, your post indicate you have no clue or understand much about FF Calender.
1. FF Calander has the whole week news events posted in advance. Check left side of Calender webpage there is a whole bunch of choices to pick from like last month, next month, last week, next week. Try to understand "Legend"
> Don't think that Date, Time, Currency, Impact, Name need economic data, the other headings does based on what already happened in the past.
2. What did I post is rather simple:
a. check the date and time.
b. hop down to that currency pair and check the candles for spikes on the time frame you want to trade.
(Sorry forgot you would not understand "hop". it means open MT4, open a chart that show candle pattern. Am sure you understand the rest after the words "hop down")
Repeat:

BigE posted you must study old TDI crossover's. Reader's only have to look at TDI on your chart to know you screwed up big time.
