- we are approaching the 10PM PDT H4 candle,
- looking at the monitor C-Slope now and waiting for this H4 to close, you already know if there will be any good setup to take a trade.
- I only pick the C-Slope above the default value 4 then I check the chart price action. By now I already have followed Post#647 and have down my top down analysis - check all the previous price action PPA, I know where support and resistance levels are, check recent candles for big candle and small candles I know the market condition if it is in a consolidation range, ... all these are basics forex stuff.
- knowing the H4 conditions, I know what to trade in M15 and in H1. I avoid trading against the H4 price action and the Stoch and TDI.
- the three amigos has bog D1 candles yesterday, today M15 may have 'dead cat' bounce type of trades to catch a few pips.

Am a big fan of this thread and I have learnt a ton picking brains from every invididual guys on here, but however emmanuel, tekkies and the others members ruined this once a fantastic thread with constant bickering, trying to proof the big I AM. You guys cut the shit out man, am not a violent man but i think you guys deserve a fucking slap... Can we just get on continue sharing golden nugget, forex is hard enough as it is nobody needs to wade through bullshit to find the golden nugget. Enough is enough.

Not once did he mentioned or acknowledge that TDI repaint some crossover.
- Not once did he mentioned the discrepancy between what you see on a live chart and backtesting chart
Not once mentioned the Modelling quality of data and other points used by the backtester.
He did this " I only traded when the green TDI crosses the red one" and the results are the reflection of that.

Did you notice that he blindly placed trades's on every crossover, no Stoch used at all to confirm direction, let alone the other points.
Those backtesting result's are just as meaningless as your reference to them, Emmanuel

Hey Gang, You know I prefer to trade the the 1 & 4hr timeframes.... Don't be afraid to trade the Dailies for you working guys and gals. They generally have nice runs per reversal.... give it a try....
I'm going to do a test on the Daily charts. When green crosses red I'll stay in until green crosses red again. I'll report the results in a week or so...I'll only enter if the candles are medium length or larger... wish me luck ...

Post #121.........You took the trade close to the TDI 32 line which is about the bottom. However I've seen trades taken short on the 32 line go 100 pips profit... Just be aware how close you are to the 68 & 32 line and pay close attention.
Study BigE post's, remember all those "nuggets" and apply them to your chart's before you place a trade.
Edit: Look at Post 109,691 H1 chart and "taken short on the 32 line go 100 pips profit"

Note the last 20 candles (PA) are pretty flat with some movement.

The TDI and Stochs are giving opposite signals...
Also pay attention to the left on the TDI for tops and bottoms... there pretty accurate for reversals...
It may be ok but I would have passed looking for another chart set up... I only pick the best chart set ups to trade... there are plenty and no itchy finger here to jump in... just pick the most solid looking set ups... it 'll make you lots of pips.
