You might as well say... Buy for 10c a pip everyday at 9am and close all when 1 pip of profit is made. You may get one heck of a draw down before you make a tiny profit. Or close the lowest and the highest when 1 pip of profit is made. Or close the lowest two when they make one pip of profit for closing the highest. This could go on for ever as the rules keep being tweaked because it worked yesterday but not today. Why not just learn to trade in the first place and make a decent profit you can live off.

There is a way to pass this hell and stay in life, but with a small "injury". You just need to sepearte your account to some small accounts - each account for different major pair. Instead of having 1 account of 10k, use 8 accounts of 1,250$. You may blow 1 account from time to time but on the other hand you may double some of your accounts at the same time. Don't forget to withdraw from time to time when you double each small account.

Sorry to sound negative here, in the middle of a big party going on, but this strategy is doomed. Any price ranging would kill the account off. Renko, no renko, ranging is ranging and all trend chasing enthusiasts are going to pick the slippery soap from the ground, so the bankers can position nicely from behind and get better, more OPEN approach... Martingale is hard to protect. A simple reverse of a strategy will not miracleously work. If you remove the martingale, then a range based strategy might help you out at the hard range times.
