EURUSD 4H....nice setup

Some homework during the weekend....looking at cot report the positions are really at the extreme, longs are too loaded and not any sign of short yet.Bears went to take a nap but is right at the peak when they like to show up. Dealers are extreme short and still waiting to unload, speculative are too extreme in long. there is probably some sign of reversal but i am waiting for some confirmation in price

There is a forecast all over the web: long Euro.
It will be interesting to follow the accuracy of this forecast in the coming weeks,
mass opinion, not current positions.

Here's my take on the EURUSD. The EURUSD market is still disposed northward. On the daily time frame, a topping pattern has been created in the 1.17000/1.19600 zone (magenta). Price action briefly broke below the zone on September 23, but bulls restored the positive disposition four days later. However, a sideways of price action mitigated the bullish intent for the next three days before another day of bullish press. The sideways that followed this bullish press gave way to another northward move on Friday last week, but the 1.18600 area, from which bears effected a southward move on September 21, is holding as resistance. Based on recent technical behaviour, we may not see much bullish momentum on the EURUSD market until, perhaps, price action significantly break out of the 1.19600 horizontal resistance area.


I may be wrong. Trade safe and prosper.

Not doing anything yet... I believe $JY is approaching a significant low imho.....and E. a top... ... soon..... Watching...

Daily trend has turned bullish. Another reason why we start to think about price return back to the top is breakout of important 1.1750 resistance area. Suggesting that EUR stands in retracement mode, the strength of this level is enough to to stop it. Market was challenging this level for the week showing no meaningful pullbacks out from it. Harmonic swing is also exceeded. All these moments point that EUR stand in more serious upside action. Maybe this is not the continuation of long-term trend yet, but not typical retracement either, as it is supported by investors too optimistic sentiment.

Finally, EUR has entered in the range of former H&S pattern and now this range is open for the price fluctuation which makes it easier to suggest upside continuation. The last bearish outpost is 1.1850-1.1860 Fib level. But, if even strong K-area was not able to stop it, hardly single stand level will do it. Price also has broken through Monthly Pivot on Friday. This also suggests that next destination might be MPR1 right around the previous top that agrees with idea of DRPO "Sell" pattern on weekly chart.
