Be careful! Might not happen: Bloomberg printed a bad headline from Evans fedspeak. He DID NOT say Fed would raise rates b4 inflation hits 2%!!!! See ZH here:

It may or may not make sense but I think now is a really good time to buy and hold till 1.27800.
This could be the last real drop before we see 1.27800. We are currently at the bottom of a descending channel and descending channels usually break up.
Well let's see how it plays out.

I made the same analysis
I took long at 1708
The close of daily candle will be important. We need to close above 1737 and I expect that.
If not we should drop.

1,22 and 1,34 would be my targets if i was a position trade

yet again i am not.

if i was a position trader though i would buy near 1.06-1.08 not now.

i can say one thing ok h4 can go up in one or two days.But if look daily daily is very clean set up down -with this daily lines it can go maybe till 1.1850-1.19 (or not go)and to change this daily set up down it need many pips down not 50 and to 100.Eur has very clean trends.If eur take trend on daily it doesnt change it.How it goes i dont know.daily channel now-1.16 but it need more down

if EURUSD made breakout on downdside, and usd is loosing since 6 months,, COT data is extreme long on usd, why are traders taking long positions ?
