USD/CAD will explode - UP!

President in la-la land is holding a presser at some point soon so we might see some up/down moves yet during this Friday.

So for next week, EURUSD should push down to 1.1740 area. But will see. Looking at daily, it is still in consolidation. Which means that it can go either way. Trade safe.

Don't be complacent...The drop to 1.17 39 is not so inocent.... A revisit of this level will be very bearish imho...--- It might be a bearish trap... Yeap... next week will tell us everything...

I closed 1 order for profit taking and left 5 running over the weekend. 2 of those are under water but my TSL is in safe distance to guarantee win just in case price goes against me.

Shorts still open. Didn't like the moves down from my level so not convinced in selling pressure... But times of national turmoil can prove lucrative sometime

US Dollar still has room to go down to 90.00 and below where demand zone is. Non-commercials have added more shorts and there are more shorts positions. The 2,385 more short positions are added.

EURUSD overall is still bullish. But we can see on a daily that it is in consolidation, ranging going sideways. The non-commercials took off -17,988 long positions, but overall there are 230,695 long positions still in play compare to 52,119 short position. If EUR does not make a correction down to demand zone 1.12xx, and breaks above 1.20xx, we will see 1.24-1.25 area before US election in November.

EURGBP good opportunity to buy.

USDCAD monthly demand imbalance zone. Good spot to buy.

Remember these COT numbers are just a tool for trading and are to be considered on a long term trading. Daily and up.

If we start from the assumption that Trump's re-election will be good for the economy, here's how I think RBG's passing will affect EUR/USD:

If it appears that the Senate doesn't have the votes to confirm Trump's nominee, that will likely motivate Dems to vote in greater numbers, with the hope that if they win they can drag it into next year and maybe force the nomination to be withdrawn (at which point Biden would have a shot at his own nominee). Such a scenario would probably cause the dollar to go down.

But if Mitch/Lindsey are able to push through to a vote and a confirmation BEFORE the election, that would totally demoralize Dems, and I think a good number would just not even bother to vote. At least those who vote partly on Supreme Court issues... they would be totally deflated. And of course that would mean not just a loss for the Dems, but most likely a huge landslide for Trump (AND holding the Senate, and maybe retaking the House too). Dems are already in trouble thanks to the riots and the lockdowns, along with blacks and Hispanics moving toward Trump in numbers not normally seen for Repubs... and so losing their Supreme Court motivation would be the final nail. And all this, in my opinion, would cause the dollar to rally in a BIG way.

Again... I'm assuming a Trump win is good for the economy, a Biden win is bad.

If American fed give the stimulus package then how will it affect the dollar
