I followed you all this time post by post, especially for the psychological side about trading, n u are great, mate..
but I want to know what broker you are use because the usdx chart is different from my broker, I use HotForex Zero Spread but is different from your post..

I think maybe DXY won’t break that..also gold has bearish in forming on h4 and h1 and in play on 30m, right?

That is DXY dollar index and current XY currency against USD ... not TDI
The U.S. Dollar Index tracks the strength of the dollar against a basket of major currencies. (DXY) originally was developed by the U.S. Federal Reserve in 1973 to provide an external bilateral trade-weighted average value of the U.S. dollar against global currencies. So for this example Akim, would you close the position on the first touch of 1967 even though h4 and h1 is forming or waid lower?

So. My question is : if you identify a strong level like 72 in this case and you catch a “falling knife”. Would you just close it for scalps ( that would be first drop to 67 in my case) or wait to see if pattern is forming ( like gold now is forming 1 h and 4 h) and hold it for lower. Scalps or long play for falling knife before setup is formed?

from my broker..
m15/30 have bear setup
but h1/4 still forming..
if have there so extra care for buyer when stocks open later

i'll catch a falling or flying knife if there a setup mate..
or around lonely chandle..
if don't have so i choose to stay sideline is better..
if current short scalps in play...i cash some at 67 n aim for 60-62..
