anyone trade on 1's and 0's guess I am trying to say with a automated system; a system that tell you yes or no on a entry bullish or bearish....doesn't have to be a computer executed order system. But meaning you take positions only when specific numbers meet specific requirements of your system? Hope I asked that correctlyor in a understandable way

I think you have fundamental and technical analysis which can get you specific data...but within both of those there is this "art" to interpreting data some may say or feel. I think that "art" is what saves us sometime but also hurts sometime and more often hurts than helps.....that human factor is something you can not measure or track so its a issue trying to improve it and your trading...the way we try to improve it is to try and remove it. For guys so says thats why its a difference trading $1k vs $100K

that would be interesting....I thought that was a no go once all most all the CB's changed the interest rates...especially the USD

Oanda has adjusted swap rates... the best paying swap today is a short on USD/MXN at 3.17% It is tough to make any money after all of the central banks went to zero.

EUR/MXN $1.41
EUR/ZAR $1.35
USD/MXN $1.06
GBP/ZAR $1.25

thats per mini lot on short swap

EDIT: and wouldnt mind shorting MXN against the ERUO....dont know about carry trades though

As NZDCAD was moving up, I moved my SL up. It came back down, hit my SL still in profit. Good profit. Trade safe.

Sometimes I wonder if there is a secret to highly successful trailing of stops. Trail too soon, you may get stopped out with little profit; trail too late, you may miss out on good price action momentum. As a swing trader, I am experimenting on a system of trailing my stops based on the number of candlesticks that have closed on the H4 or D1 tf. Does any member do such, it may be based on the number of candlestick closes on a different time frame.

nobody is asking for personal info dude. thanks for the childish temp ban btw. do you really believe that if you show the lot sizes for what you are trading, then somehow, some mysterious hacker is going to get into mt4, and figure out which account is trading that specific lot size, and then steal all your money. come on man. you are honestly embarrassing yourself.

I see what you mean. But with a beautiful bullish move today on NZDCAD, I did not want to end up in a loss. So I want it to earn some money on this pair. My opinion is, it is better to trail stop, and you can always re-enter again. Trade safe.

Yes mate, good to hold whatever we can make from the market no matter how small. Of course, it is better to get at BE or a few pips than losing. I am just thinking aloud and sharing an idea that I am experimenting.
