I don't trade hidden divergence much because IMO its not hidden and you can see that divergence on smaller TFs
But this chart below shows ascending price and with a descending macd and I think its the same for STOCH
EDIT: its my thought that this area may either become a strong resistance or support in the long term depending on which way price breaks out
