There is another way of looking at it. Rather than think of it in terms of 'overbought' or 'oversold', it is better to think of it in terms of fair value. Fair value is something institutional traders do give strong consideration to.

Have you ever noticed that when price hits 'overbought' or 'oversold' on RSI, that it often continues moving further into it? It's funny how that happens. I recall reading a comment on Youtube where someone said buy when it hits overbought. It didn't make sense to me at the time but then I looked at a chart and realized it was wise advice.
Learn from your mistakes and march on.

Well I got nothing to prove to you. Like I said to others and I am saying it to you. You are a NOBODY to me that I have to prove anything. I have proven to myself, what I can do throughout all these years of hard work. Real estate investments, nice cars, beautiful woman and family that I have. That is my lifetime accomplishment and I am very happy about that. When you get to that level, you can than prove it to me that you are on a professional level in trading. Trade safe.

That's right! You are nobody to me like I am nobody to you. That's why I will not take your advices. I am not sure you know how the market works and will still believe in my overbought and oversold theory. Because they still bring me green pips.

How we measure our levels to know who is where? Do you consider to move youe SL again if movement continued against you?
