Thanks for the reply. So the bbma method needs to have a maximum of 3 candle on the opposite direction to be valid?

No. Try to read the attached 2cents Pdf. It explains what are the valid Akim’s BBMA set ups.

Pretty sure he means that candle there. It has not been retested and so we can expect the price to reach that level. Since the price dropped aggressively in the past we can also assume that bears will show up at that level.

The way I do it I wait for 4H to create some kind of double top, or a lower high before I enter a trade (not Akims method) but I give 100-150 pips SL and ride it as long as I can. The people in this group do the same except that their SL is 30 pips maybe so the profits are exponentially higher. Still figuring out exactly how.

How did I miss that!!!! I guess reading 3000+ pages on a thread u miss some without even knowing. Thanks a ton!!

Just a question, the example given. Theres no retest of the top. He says 1 bear+1/2 bull retest but here we say 2 bear+1 small bull. Setup still valid?

Set up pattern not always one type
rmb this
price may not retest the top n drop
but if retest and drop is better
dnt make thing complicated
rmb 1-1 or 1-2 pricinple
1-3 is Get out and wait new set up, even it form again even at the same price
always wait near the top then enter.
enter when 1-1 closed or 1-2 candle closed
