DislikedImbalances between buyers and sellers or in supply and demand cause price changes in FX markets. If those imbalances persist, then they can form either an upward or downward trend. The Bottom Line: The forex market is ultimately driven by economic factors that impact the value and strength of a nation's currency. The economic outlook for a country has the most influence on the value of its currency. Knowing the factors and indicators to watch will help you keep pace in the competitive and fast-moving world of forex.Ignored
Now look at the weekly EURUSD chart. The supply zone imbalances have persisted, so the uptrend is formed. It is still persistent and supply zone is still formed. Combine that with the current economics factors, and EURUSD is bullish overall. It takes a bit of time to learn how to trade like this on a longer term. But if you are not up to holding positions for days or weeks or months, you can trade like this but on a daily and 4 hr time frames and still take profit the same day. It works either way.
Now with already good analysis tools in front you, also you can consider the sentiment and COT reports. Again that gives you overall picture of EURUSD and you should know it that EURUSD is bullish and will be bullish for a while. Take a look at sentiment, it is showing that it is bearish, because it went down. But it is not, the less % of traders that are in this case long, the better is for longer term to buy, because the banks and institutions are in a buy position according to COT reports.
I hope this helps to some of traders. Trade safe.
