The news is ancillary to the wave principle. It's sad to see so much time, energy and money wasted pouring over idealized data in historical retelling of past events that clearly are not effecting anything.

It seems to me that the best way to trade these days, and perhaps always, is to set the Zig Zag indicator to 5,5,3, then wait for price to reach the nearest swing high or swing low on the 4HR chart and see how it reacts to it. If opportunity calls, place a trade in the direction of the prevailing trend as determined by a higher timeframe.

You likely won't get a lot of trades this way, perhaps only a few a month. But it will likely be less stressful.

News, fundamentals a.k.a fuel. Somettimes market goes thier direction, sometimes do the opposite. Same as technicals and indis.... Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. It's knowing when it will work and when not. Sometimes we get it right, sometimes we don't. See... it's mind game. Psychology plays important part. Or should I say, it is all about Psychology. Cheers!

First low wave degree target is 1.2090 dip to 1.2000 for the weekend...
Then up to 1.2990 relatively quickly and big sell off.
With lots of lower degree swings on the way.

EDIT: getting ahead of myself next good dip coming in at 1.1990

There is a reason I like news and patterns, the crowd and its arguments create enough volatility and I can trade the market in any direction, so I will not argue what is best.

The price is heading to 1.1900 again, buyers have the advantage and the price may reach 1.1950, or above to 1.2000.

Below 1.18315 the trend changes and targets 1.1815 again.

Today BoE and US Jobs for the week will be my focus and any news from the White House should be respected from all traders.
