Eur/usd Support at 1.1730 / 1710 I'm advising to buy with stop loss under 1.1690.

Just want to show how I use my trading with sentiment. in this case I will use GBPJPY. No positions on it yet. So looking at 15 min chart, it looks like it is turning bearish. Looking at the sentiment numbers it shows 59% shorts and 41% longs. Looks like 26% added longs and 11% shorts. Because retail increased longs, the institutions are pushing this price down. Which looking at the charts is a good example and makes perfect sense. Looking at the daily chart GBPJPY reached the supply zone at 137.86-139.58. Now the adding shorts does look good on a daily, but 139.58 resistance has held did not break. if that breaks, next supply zone we see is 145.84-147.96. Now if the sentiment retail starts adding more shorts, eventually this will turn bullish. IF they start adding more longs this will continue down to possibly demand zone 134.04-134.91. I hope this explains how to use sentiment. Looking at CFTC COT reports non-commercial shows 64,738 shorts and 39,329 longs. Also you can see that 3,428 more short positions are added and -6,901 longs are taken off. Now looking at the COT report and looking at the daily chart tells me that GBPJPY is turning bearish. So in this case I will not take sentiment into consideration because it does not match with the chart and COT reports, but I will take the daily supply zone reject the price to go further up and take COT report into consideration that institutions want this pair to go down. I hope I explained it clearly. You can also for example ignore sentiment for good and only apply charts with COT reports if it is too confusing. For me I sometimes apply all three, sometimes charts with either sentiment or COT. But always use charts.

Just added sell position on GBPJPY daily. Trade safe.

yesterday i bought early,and was in loss longtime.Now M15 sooner or later go up,but of course it can show 1.17 before rise,nobody knows.i mean channel m15

So mad at myself.. when I sold at 1.1760 for .25, I could add more when it went to 1.1770... woke up late and miss the sell at 1.1790... ended up buying 1.1770.. took a lost.. now I sell at 1.1730.. feel so lost right now. The domino effect of sleeping in leads to disaster. Arggfggggghg. Will hold this short and adding shorts on shorts. I believe 1.16xx touch first. Me and the market going to war.

You know what that happens to everyone sometimes. What I do sometimes when I hit the wall, I close all my trades, and go workout or whatever just to take your mind off trading. Remember there is always tomorrow for new opportunities. Trade safe.

This is perfect advice
Earlier i also used to trade haphazard
If one trade loss then anyhow try to make profit loose all the money

But you all won't believe pnce i started reading this thread my Trading has improved alot

Earlier i used to close trade with Even 2-3 pips and wait in loss for even 50 pips for those 2 pips
Now i understood when to wait and when to trade and hold

Add short at 1.1755 if it goes there now still any 4h chart close above 1.1755 it is Sell on every rise

even in this bulltrend eur respected target of channel M30,channel H1-no.So target 1.18130,but can be more.Eur went where today,but didnt come.How wise of me to close long around 1.18

you are right... I need to reset. Going to war is fumb, maxing out is bad. Close my trade .5 lot 1.1730—->1.1740. -10 pips.

I will keep an eye on it. But I am a blind man in the forest right now... Ill just sit still and wait for someone to come get me xD.... Just got done working out. Feel a bit better. I am hoping to make atleast 50pips on NZD trade this afternoon. I will never trade any more news between 11:00pm-2:00am. My sleep hr is back to 10:00pm for the EU news/session at 2:00am-5:00am.

I think be careful with shorts, unless previous structure is broken on the H4. It's still holding pretty well.

yeah, Tech save me from holding my short. I was going to get kill by the market if I was more stubborn and shorting. I feel a lot better seeing market rise and being on SideLine. Pretty much could have made 1.6k today but end up losing $650
and then another $50 Which adds up to a total of -2.3k theoretically. What a pain.

my sleep in this morning was expensive. never again.

Sorry to hear that but glad you got out early, the market has been all over the place today. I know the feeling sleeping while in a short term trade has never been kind to me as well.. many times ended up getting stopped out on trades that almost touched my TP and went back. But it's all part of what we do right? Opportunities every day! Just watching EU closely, if it is to stay down.. I think 1.1760-62 should hold, if it breaks, then most probably the bulls have taken it. Let's see but overall, a tricky day. I had plans of scalping a short @ 1.180, but ended up avoiding it when it hit, and then watched it drop almost 80 pips

Draw back to august last yeat when nzd unemployment rate moved the market... I am expecting a move on this one as well.

correct me, if i am wrong

between monday and tuesday ; a higher high and a higher low was made

so i have taken a long at 770 with sl at 750

so if price breaks 800 and makes a higher high ; trend should continue on h1 unless there is a lower high

is this okay
