I like your honesty there mate. But if you have such a problem, check your htf for directional clarity or predominant market condition. Besides, I suggest you let the price action confirm your indicator rather than the other way round. For example, if your RSI is bearish and the price action on the htf is still in a bullish mode, your RSI is only showing a correction; wait for it to align with the htf price action.

MA crossovers? Better success if you trade an htf MA crossover at an ltf; i.e. when you have an htf MA crossover, go to your lower (trading or entry) time frame and look for price action in alignment with your htf MA crossover. Note: Apologies to other members here, I don't want to turn this thread to a 'trading systems thread', but I believe that you can understand.

Getting close to FOMC.. eu sitting at the resistant. How I am seeing it now is a spike to 1.18xx and then drop or a spike down to 1.173x and then drop... this looks like the move that happen last month that gave me 40pip in a second and take it away in a second. But I will keep the same strategy. Last minute trade. Gl to you guys.
This is my call on fomc, I trade this on hand last minute so I can really share signal but I will share my outcome positive or negative. Wish me luck guys. And hope those who trades after get on the right train, and those who is holding it over fomc make it out alive.

I use options volume, volatility and open interest with price action support, resistance and supply with demand. I also use an ma, but I forget it exists on my chart, because I focus on price action.

When it comes to trading you need to have information that gives you confidence, so anything you use in your chart, you must know it upside down, even if, it is RSI or, a simple ma.

Learn very well what you are using and don't let it out of your chart, always look at your analytics (take notes) and do your homework again and again until you master it.

this is why I disagree. Depending on how you use the indicator... I look at weekly, when new bollingerband open up north on Sunday.. I can see the rest of the week is an uptrend. Automatically buy buy buy.

You can't use MA's to identify supply/demand, impossible, it will give you false signals. Here is weekly AUDJPY demand zone imbalance created meaning advice is to only buy even on the pullbacks. You can also see supply zone imbalace where the price will possibly go. Another one is the same, but added trend line. The other one is with three demand zones, where it shows you can enter buy on pullbacks.

I do agree with you here. I think when news come, this will have a bearish reaction, but long term it will keep going up. Just my opinion. Trade safe.

There is nothing wrong with using indicators. Some indicators are very helpful. This is a fact, not an opinion.
Learn from your mistakes and march on.
