according to both you and Khalid. Let assume this...

currently Euro announce their stimulus package and date and created a huge upswing over the last 2 weeks. While USd have yet to said anything. Today could really decide the break or reverse.

usd did say they claim to have 2nd stimlus pckage already but will be talked about during the press conference. So this is going to be a crazy outcome. Wherher we drop or we jump. I am not trading until last minute. I am neutral right now. 1:59 is where I will decide if I am team Khalid or team Techanalyst

Very much agreed with @techanalyst though. Apart from being useful for learning purpose, we all need to always remember that we deal in probabilities and that we are not always right.

is 1950 outside your channel?

I would consider it a trend reversal to bullish long term if you get a weekly close about 1810

For my trade heads: Eur/usd The next bull should be epic. This will be hard to comprehend but triple 5th wave is loading. Bull is gonna go far, this is the time to make more profit than ever. Extending wave 3 of 5 of 5 of 3 of 7. Next pullback into 4 and then Eur/usd will be in 5 of 5 of 5 of 3 of 7. in the not Elliot wave principle 5 is typically the longest wave and 3 of them inside each other if I'm not mistaken... Stay long.

Looking back to 2008, this run up does look like it's about done... It'll be a breakout if it's not...

EURUSD intra-day momentum is flat, check your H4 tf, as price action is sideways at the 1.17060/1.17650 zone, a horizontal resistance area..

I've seen charts which points to 0.85 and to 1.4 in the short period of time. Nice, fancy charts, at both of them you could see that "it's obvious" that the price will go to there and there. When someone posts a chart with an attitude "look at mine, mine is better, bigger whatever.." that's childish and funny. RR ratio and MM are the only useful tools which we retail traders have, it's not glamorous I know. I remember when some were calling for 1.2 when euro went down to 1.065 in March and many were laughing. When euro was at 1.25 in early 2018 some were calling for deep down < 1.10..and still many were laughing. Nobody believed in early 2012 when some were calling for UJ to 120 either. That's it, some are making money and some are laughing. Speaking of euro, it could go to 1.5 or to 0.8 or stay in tight range for years, no chart could confirm 100% where it will go for sure, so no chart is better than the other one. MM and RR (and some luck) will bring the difference. That's what my experience says, no intention to disrespect anyone. As for now, RR points to downside, one could build short positions and waiting for drop or could join the present trend and go with the flow. I preffer to start selling. If I'm wrong and this goes to over 1.2 will stop selling and wait. Good luck to anyone here.

when the bough breaks.....

watching resistance which has held price down past couple days....perfect storm...it hits big resistance days before fed meeting and volume was down....now we are sitting here like which way will will it go...

well if price breaks 1810...."when the bough breaks, the cradle will fall"

I think the consensus is bullish...but I can understand guys with bearish bias....but you want catch me avg. in shorts .....I would wait for conformation before doing so...

If anyone thinks the euro is going to drop this huge amount....im sure you could wait for conformation on the drop before building a short postion.....1k pip drop you could wait and miss 2 days of the move down.....what's that possibly 200-300 pips you might miss on 1k pip move...better than giving away 200-300 pips

it isnt about the call. People on this forum, especially this thread are scalpers and swing traders but not long term retirement traders. I can just throw out numbers and it would probably hit within a year or several years from now and come back and be like, who’s laughing now? The thing is you can see majority on here enter and exit within a day or several day. That leaves it to narrow down the current market movement. And not looking at a 500-5000pip run in a 10year trade... you get what I mean? Like Techanalyst and Khalid will be correct.. eventually we’ll touch 1.10600 and eventually will touch 1.2500... but it isnt today or this week or next week. While we are exiting and entering constantly. Im sure no 1 here have the patience to hold a trade 2-5years down the road.
