Good day. EU is trying to move on its support today - 1.1380, the first resistance is at 1.1420 and above the last we should see 1.1345-50 again.

ECB today and ready for crazy moves, I think the EU should drop, but anything might happen, so trade safe with small risk I prefer to trade after the conference and also we have to watch for the US retail sales too.

Nice trade here!

How are you going to trade this when it reach your first target of at least 100 pips?

Edit: sorry I mean aren't you going to protect this trade, before ECB?

My protection is the stop loss. Or if if I see any turnaround signals. The news if is high impact news may accelerate the movement of my trade to the target. Fingers crossed... I only worry about the news an hour or so before the event. Then I do not enter any trades, and get out of any trades that I am skeptical about. Will see what the candles say towards the news release.

With luck, it will have hit my profit target before the news event. Then, I will counter trade it. hehe....

Closed my buy at 1420 yesterday now short at 1396 targeting 1350.
Had been trying for another buy and 1 more swing up but loosing faith
Stop and buy stop at 1420 just in case we're not done with high 1480 level.
I'll risk a few pips here on buy stop under 1390 just in case it's still working on that top.

Your risk is too small according your take profit, how many trades like this are you going to manage, one, two!

I wish you the best of luck, I prefer to buy half of position to lock 50% percent of my winnings and let the other run for more pips.

If it can't pass 1390 down right here gonna spike up to 1480
I've closed the sell for few pips and sell stop and buy stop loss at 1390.

Next move sell 1480 Then should be range trading between 1340 < 1480 till it breaks to the upside.

Oh yeah? Do you know what they are going to say? Do you have some secret information you wanna share here with us? I guess you don't. These kind of statements are not good professor. Neither for the members, nor for the newbies. If you have a system which tells you something, share it. What I can tell you from a technical perspective, is that we are currently at a support area with a bullish engulfer on the hourly timeframe. As long as support doesn't break, there is no bear. If 1,14 breaks to the downside, then there is 1,1350-60. So the best thing to do is follow price and let the market tell you where it's heading. That's the best advice you can give.

And what came out of that? Cause as far as I can remember (correct me, if i'm wrong) price was at 1,1195 last time and after ecb news it spiked up, came back to 1,1224 and then took off after press conference to 1,1350 or something like that. It was during the previous big rise.
