Hey all! New member here, wanted to show you all my plan for this coming Sunday open (living in NY so 5pm Sunday open for me) and hear your thoughts.

My approach:

I feel as if longer term trades are almost entirely a gamble at this point so I've opted to take the route of shorter term trades for the time being to capitalize on the minor movements occurring within this odd time period. I see this setup as a solid opportunity as price has almost centered in-between the range of 1.13-1.12 and needs to move a significant distance in one direction or the other to test a new low/high. That being said price has stayed generally above the 100 EMA (red line) and any dips below have tested/created lows and then bounced to test/create highs. The failure to break below that 100 EMA as it bounced off it in the last 12 hours, and higher lows going into July could suggest a more solid rise to the 1.13-1.35 range or a reversal and sharper drop down below the 100 EMA and below the 1.12 area to test a new low. The plan is as follows - Once price has moved to the high of the last candle, I will buy (blue line) with targets at the black lines above and conversely if it hits the low (red line) I will sell with the targets as the black lines below. Tell me what you think, I am by no means a professional trader - just learning all I can, so any tips for a newbie?

My personal analysis has EUR bull till 1.1420

B4 going south.
What will happen after that will depend on d the outcome of d Election.

This is indeed a possible scenario, I personally still believe that we are going to see the price breaking above 1.1400 toward 1.1600-30, but we have to take into account every week many new fundamental aspects, like disinflation, or a covid-19 wave two in Europe area.

Here is a good read to help you undestand better what am I saying.

If you are trading EURUSD this week, it is advisable that you await directional clarity unless you are a scalper. Here's why from a technical perspective. On the daily time frame, price action has broken down a rising trendline (blue) but the bullish technical structure is still intact. Meanwhile, there is sideways of price action around the 1.12360 horizontal S/R area; an area which has seen much ‘wicky’ and ambivalent prints in the past few days.

I may be wrong. Trade safe and prosper.
