The next candle is the confirmation. As you see the bullish candle engulfs the one after it. So you will have to wait for that candle to close for it to be considered engulfed. These engulfing candles represent large bank orders being filled. To the untrained eye they appear to signify the banks going long, however if you understand the psychology behind bank purchases you know the are selling. As price goes up... the SELL contracts become cheaper. They then manipulate price tuo turn it to their advantage. Most see this candle and get excited to go long. Then they have your money. Check your chart... any time frame. You will see this same type of candle ending trends. Price may return to it even, but 9 times out of ten it holds. If not then.. shortly after.

Another example. This time because it did not engulf I know this is but a correction. Then I see a perfect bearish candle. Perfect and large candles represent all orders being filled in that segment. A tail signifies an ask that went unanswered correct? So, all these orders filled, but as it is bearish, as price went down a seller would pay more to enter the trade. Banks do not like to pay more, so this tells me they bought these contracts. They also have no stop losses in play. No.. the tails are too big. the pattern on a daily would signify months of bullish activity. We all are aware corona is looming, so months of bullish is not really on our radar.

For GU, bull setup from last monday make me worry. Because on H4 not touch the BB. IMO it will be big move for bear. Be careful.

How long do you guys keep track of daily weekly monthly pivots? I find myself keeping track of daily open many days into another week! Any advice would be appreciated.
