We had a flush. A little shallow though. We are currently riding the 62% fib. If it holds, the 4hr chart will form a nice set of bearish ones. 107.0 will tell.

Looking like a 106.2 possible hit. If so we need to be there before the 9:45 EST news for the USD. In my opinion that is. If so it will form the 4hr bullish flag. If not... 104 is the next level?

I really hope someone took this ride with me. 106.2. I think we will range there before our trip to 111.

Long UJ. this 4hr should end around here forming a bearish engulfing and signifying the end of downtrend. If not and 106.00 breaks 105.15 on deck. I closed my shorts, opening longs. If it fails I will hedge the longs to 105.1
I was short because I saw Bank candles going long. They are always on the other side of these perfect candles.

Once again, shout out to the puffer fish for putting me on this path.

True, they don't like it when jpy is too strong
At some point they'll intervene massively, but maybe we'll see stocks lower before

Be careful the 106.5. Could bounce back to the lows off that as retail bears take profit.

Although 106.75 looks better. Hopefully it hits before US lunch hour.

Hmmmm .. Not sure if I like this 4hr candle. We may push further down.. Or close the US market at the lows. 15M chart pointing to us closing at the lows. TP'd my longs. Added 1 short from here to the lows. Buys waiting at the lows to crowd this bus to 109- 111 area. I am not 100 percent sure about the 111 yet. This isn't quite the running start I think is needed for that. 109? Easy peasy

Hey all - I am relatively new to this and made an observation today. I noticed that as the price of gold was going up, USDJPY was going down. Is that sometimes the case or always?

I compared them on the chart and for the most part it does look like a pretty high probability that if gold is going up, then the dollar is going down. I just need to know if my logic is being too simplistic or if there is more I should know?

Thanks for any help - and apologies in advance if this is the wrong thread for this. Like I said, I'm still learning.

The robots are currently at 71 percent Long. This is interesting at this level. If it goes above 85 we could see some tricky footwork, however that will also signal a LONG trip north to 111. If we stay below 80 percent I see a 109 hit again. The 4h chart has some interesting candles at the bottom. Not quite the formation I expected, so we could revisit, or blast through to 105.1. If so.. THEN.. we are most likely primed for 112.
