That is the amount he deposit, at any given time the account can be above / below that amount. You do not know how big or small his account was at any given time. For all we know it could have been $1000 or $10000 or $1000000.

On average TDI crossover on M15 chart about 8 time in 24 hours.
Even then if you only manage to make 2 pips per trade you can still easily make 13 pips per day per pair.
