Disliked{quote} i agree with kostas, the same observation i have seen in the last 10 years. and this is important, on some days you dont find a AAA trade on a particular pair like GU. then you walk away and do nothing. when you force a trade, then you can loose a lot of money.Ignored
DislikedHey guys, I just entered short GBPUSD. It's not a perfect trade as EMA10 is stuck between higher MA on M15. However there was a clear break of SMA35 and EMA10 and higher number on M15. I took the Dead End into RN on M15 as a Signal to enter. My profit target is on a trend line and above former support. Still I will pull this trade to BE as soon as possible as it is not as "clean" as other Dance trades. EDIT1: Alread moved to break even when Trade was + 8 pips. Price is currently hesitating at EMA50 on M15 which was to be expected, as it dead ended...Ignored
Disliked{quote} I was watching this position as well, but what I tried to do is buy when dead end on M15 EMA50, it is also one bar pull back from last hour up trend, but what made me staying out is the M15 35/50 flat. so stay. after 3 bars constraint by 35/50, I was in GU buy. to see how progress on it. {image}Ignored
Disliked{quote} Hi deve, the market seems really undecided in the moment. It could have something to do with the US m/m retails sales numbers which will be puplished in 10 minutes at 14:30. Just a heads up as the news may affect price in unforeseen ways. I'll wait and stay out until the news.Ignored

Disliked{quote} Hi iero, I don't think this is necessarily true concerning the HTF trend, at least not according to the beginning of the Dance and Clay's idea.Ignored
DislikedNext Trade in GBD/USD this time in Confluence with HTF. Entry is based on clear break of SMA35 and EMA50 on M15 and Retest RN + Retest all MA's on M5 (Not quite a EMA10 Touch on M5 but if price continues downwards, it may be a EMA10 Touch after the fact). Let's see, if the downward pressure continues... EDIT: Stopped out at +17 pips. Quit a run for the short amount of time, I'm satisfied :-) {image}Ignored
Disliked{quote} Hi iero, I don't think this is necessarily true concerning the HTF trend, at least not according to the beginning of the Dance and Clay's idea. I haven't been through all 700 pages of this thread, but I intensily studied the initial The Dance thread and almost all of Clays examples. As example look at some of these trades, which were taken against H1 and D1 by Clay himself. https://www.forexfactory.com/showthr...19#post3529719 https://www.forexfactory.com/showthr...55#post3541655 https://www.forexfactory.com/showthr...95#post3550995....Ignored

Disliked{quote} Hi iero, I'm happy to hear your take on things, once you're back on the computer :-) Actually I don't have the feeling that I'm translating the charts wrong. I have and still spend many hours on the simulator and I get quite succesful according to my expectations. Also I have a solid Entry according to Dance rules with every Trade I take. Of course some are more risky / advanced then others but the basics of the Dance always apply. And if the trade is more risky, I manage the trade accordingly by a fast BE and exiting manually if the price...Ignored
