I started to post live trades since Tuesday this week, and I'm not sure how long I will continue to do this. I'm trying to make a point here, and Chenzo gets it, I hope you others will too. I have been around a long time and I'm sick and tired of seeing after-the-fact trades posted here. And that's a polite way to say it! If you want to post trades that have already gone into profit, I suggest you have a good long look at yourself in the mirror and consider whether you are doing any good here with those kinds of posts. You may be cheating others but you are also cheating yourself. If you want to cheat yourself, I don't care....but I do care if you're going to cheat and mislead others.
SO I wanted to post some live trades to show that it's easy to do, and it doesn't really matter if you win or lose. That's not really the purpose. The purpose is to be honest and show what you've got if you expect to help others, or to be helped BY others.
These time worn out excuses of 'I'm not running a signal service' or 'I don't to be responsible for others copying my trades' is just bullshit, to be frank. It makes zero difference to me if someone copies my trades. And you're not responsible for others if the copy your trades, they chose to copy....I didn't make them do it!!
Also, I hope you can see that there is no need for all the monitors, EA's and other gimmicks that pollute this thread. I don't use, or need them. Neither do you. In fact they shouldn't even be in this thread because it goes against the wishes of Big E, who owns this thread. You won't learn from those gimmicks, and you won't learn by going to seminars or buying lot's of books. Everything you need to know.......EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW......is right in front of you on your simple charts. There's no need to make this harder than it is!!
Ok....ranting over.....here's what I did since Tuesday, then a couple of good questions will be answered.
Tuesday: +112 and +40
Wednesday: -9
Thursday: +25, +32
Friday: +36, +40, -12
Total= = +264 / 4 (days) = +66 per day average.
I didn't include Monday because I didn't post live trades on Monday, but +66 average is not too bad over 4 days.
Now to a couple of questions.
Q: Why do I have 2 lines for the price on my charts.
A: One is the Bid line, and other is the Ask line. The difference between the two is the Spread. The reason I have them on my charts, and I have done so for several years, is so that I can see everything, especially at news time when the Spreads widen. IT's especially useful when the SL or TP is going to get hit. Which one trips the SL or TP depends on whether you're buying or selling, and to me it's important information.
Q: Why do I black out my indicator window(s) under my charts?
A: The simple answer is because I don't use the TDI, so I don't want to further muddy the water here.
Q: So which indicators am I using?
A: I'm not going to reveal how I trade because I worked long and hard to develop it, and I also made a promise to someone who helped me testing it that I wouldn't share it online. BUT, I can tell you that I'm using oscillators that you find in your trading platform. Which ones and which settings I use is something that I will not share. You can figure this out.....I did.....no gimmick-ware required!!
So...that's it for me this week. Have a great weekend and have a think about what I said about posting live trades. It's beneficial to you, and everyone else....and.....it's HONEST!
