Yes it can recover, but not today. The most high I can see it retracing is 1.1335 where it droped by the NFP numbers.

If, I was a bear and wanted to cover some profits I would exit around here, because FOMC is unpredictable and can bring up EU again.

That is what I am saying... FOMC is what going to push it to 1.1400... today all the way till tomorrow's playout is 1.1200 maybe a bit of extension south.. but the rest of the week... trust me we may see 1.15xx...this is another bull week candle

even though I say I wont sell.. but it is my bad habit T_T... I went sell 1.1270.. but on a tiny tiny half lot

Why short so early? I noticed that it tried to breakdown from yest's low, but rebounded. Doubt it will go down anytime soon, unless something changes

something that I pay very close attention is. USD retrace today... but also Euro is retracing as well.
if you look at
Euro/cad
euro/nzd
euro/aud
Euro is pulling back...
my reason for why it bounce back.
but USD have been falling apart for a good bit... ever since the crazy spike in march... UC retraced completely... 700pips one way down, same as Aud and nzd. That is why I believe USD today will have a stronger bounce back than euro. Which sets EuroUSD to be a sell. That is my humble opinion.

people only look at US dxy in correlation. But have they look at euro dxy?? Just because USD goes down doesnt necessary mean EuroUSD will go up.. because euro dxy could drop harder than US dxy.

Excuse me for my english. Not sure if I explain it well enough.

as for why I short early... I am riding UsdCad right now... up 100pip with 4position.
euro is my main niche ^^!~ I did mention that my short should he 1.1280... but it is my bad habit to stay out. So to fix it.. I went in with tiny tiny half lot.

I did a small short too, because it broke the range. First target is around 1.1220 and it can move to 1.1170 where my last target for this week is.

I actually map out the week already.
My opinion is the market will always needs to go where it needs to be.
1. it already broke out of trend heading north. Remember last week on euro conference?? 180pip north. On a single day base... it almost never run 100+pip
(1 session)
2. It needs a big news to continue the push.
so I take it that EuroUSD is an uptrend... and inorder to jump to 1.1500 it needs a big news... guess what?? FOMC is coming up. Remember... the market will never wait for you to jump in safely and take off... otherwise everyone would win.
3. That leaves it to today retracement day.
4. I expected monday to retest top and tuesday to retrace... so far Monday was a scalp day/consolidation
but it seems tuesday is still going accordingly to plan.

Sorry if my analysis or view is a bit weird.

In a bigger view I see EU is going up, but now I have to see it clear many resistance levels, before I put my hand at the triger. I am sure that if, it wants to go up it will not look for my analysis and I agree, news can come out tomorrow and see EU flying.

I bet bears want to see 1.1300 again.

EURUSD. On a monthly, strong imbalance demand zone gained control. It's been going up ever since that. It has yet to reach the supply zone 1.1560 area. Possibility of a long term bullish.

CADJPY and GBPJPY bearish.

If you dont mind me correcting... short sl should be added or moved above 1.1320... because 1.1280-1.1320 is the resistant “zone”

I think I see where your 1.1194 marking. You mark at the tip of the bottom. But remember one thing... market never moves to an exact point... it is always the resistant/support “ZONE”
that is why I have mine at 1.1200/1.1225... its okay for me to pay an extra few pip to catch the trend rather than trying to get the extra and miss the trend. Let say if you were correct and the bounce is somewhere there.. bc of trying to get every single pip, you may lose out on an opportunity of 50+pip. Is it worth it??? To me no. Imagine a snake... you want to grab it where the head it at... not the tip of the mouth beak. Because if you miss... that bite will be painful.
