any MT5 indicator most likely originates from MT4.... so more likely than not, they are available in MT4..
just do a simple search on the top right corner of FF site..

i don't have MT4 equivalent of Forex_Spread_Meter.mq5

Guys as you all know that last night was the worst night in my life.
Where people are making lots of money.
I am just donating to the market.
I put all my savings into this forex & keep flushing everytime no matter what the account size is.
1K, 2K, 200$, 500$, 600$, 700, 4K, 5K
Everytime same mistake, letting stuck trade & not closing it.
Everytime!!
But last night hit me very strongly because losing 5k in just one go can be worst for anyone.
I don't know what will I say to my family where I lost such huge money like this.
This is very bad psyhcology and mind behaviour. If you are losing you keep losing because you are repeating mistake.
I got my lessons yesterday and it was very hard time.

Now I have come up with a plan with just 1.5K $ account [may be last investment];
& will never trade without thinking and setting stop loss;
Always ready.. I said always ready to close a trade in small loss when you gets a clue that now you have stuckk!!

I would have been easily saved my account last night;
but god wants me to teach a lesson and he always teaches the hard way.
He wants me to feel the pain. He wants me to tell the value of money.
He wants me to make successful but He don't want me to show off when I become successful because you have gone through so much pain.

I will take the chances when the setup appears and gets a clue what the market wants to do with fixed stop loss.
If market wants me to take out, it will take out. If it goes my way, then its great.
Its about more winners than losers.
If you are making money by placing here and there.. then you might flush your account with a single trade.
Moreover I will follow akim and other experienced guys here; follow their trade setups etc etc..!!

I have to win this game and overcome my pain of losing so much money!
This money means a lot to me.
I saved this money to purchase a piece of land for constucting house but I have lost more than 60% of my money saved!
My savings are gone.. You can say I am poor guy who has just 1.5k $ at last and have to be grow account at any cost not today, not tomorrow, it can take 1 month or 2 or may be more but I have a target to to make 22k $ from just 1.5k $ compounding every other day by meeting daily targets of profit..

You know...
if you still can’t find clue by yourself in market,
suggest you dont jump in big lot again n dnt blindly follow signal here,
Try to understand why enter here and why now?
What reason to took trade?
And dont aim for big profit in short period,
this kind of kindset only will throw away money to market.

I also keep make same mistake, but my mistake is keep missing good train, not rushing to chase train anymore

Please don't take offence but...
the last 2 sentences of your post spell out that you have very very little chance to succeed at this time.
Spend the next 6 months of so learning and creating a trading plan that is profitable over time. Do not use that 1.5k to trade until you have some knowledge and some proven method.

omg.. i wanted to stop posting, but your post is plainly speechless....

start smallllllllll................. start smallllllllll................. start smallllllllll................. be patient

eg 200USD... start with a minimal of 2 positions of 0.01 lot...

as your win rate increases (like akim says 7 out of 10 wins then can earn money).. then can increase your position or lot little by little... and as akim says, if not greedy, easy to get pips everyday....

your target now is NOT getting back the money lost... but to be able to trade...

BEST ->> FOLLOW YOUR INITIAL PLAN TO READ and take notes on ALL AKIM'S POSTS...

sorry but i agree with tenpix.. you said that you have to grow this account at all cost with daily profit target.. trust me that is gonna put tremendous pressure on you, not to mention that 1.5k is all that you had left and you cant afford to lose it.. its better if you split them up into 6 parts, 5 $100 accounts and 1 $1k account, start with your $100 accounts, if you bust 5 $100 accounts without learning anything, then its better to take that $1k to travel or buy something you like mate.. trading is not all about strategy itself.. your mindset, psychological part is very very important, if you put unnecessary stress on yourself, highly likely you are unable to perform as well.. stay safe mate, if you still decide to go for 1.5k account 1 shot, then goodluck.. all the best to you.

Can imagine the frustration you are going through.. however start small.. use small lot sizes.. remember dont focus on big profit or small.. focus on winning trades and minimizing losses and then the money will eventually come.. we all have been there done the same and learnt.. so dont be hard on yourself.. take it step by step..

Have you watched the U tube video about BBMA. ? This is the basis of Akims trading.
If you have not then go watch it.
Then watch it again
and again
until you really understand the system.
Then best to trade a demo account until you really know what you are doing.
Then trade a real account but only 1% or less risk per trade.
When you are really comfortable with the system trade at 2% risk per trade and 5-6% total risk over all open trades.
If you lose 3 trades in a row stop trading for the day. Your emotions will take over and you will lose much more if you carry on.
Never, ever go for big wins.....this will kill your account very quickly.!!
Most of us have lost a lot of money in the learning process. The lessons are hard. !!
I used to trade many many times a day and lose money very fast. Now I take 1-5 trades only on higher time frames and easily make more than enough to live on.
One of the best things I learned....The best way to make more money....is not to take more trades......It is to lose less..!!

I know my words are like more of a gambler type.
Growing 1.5K $ account to 22k $ account.
But I have to take the calculated chances; waiting for placing the trades; not like before I am impatient and just placing order without thinking too much and just closing in break even or small profit, not wanna see any loss and if stuck in loss then let it run which kills my every account there..
but here.. I will take calculated risk will close trade in loss not thinking much!

I know this kind of mentality is telling like that I am going to lose this account as well.
But you have to take risk.
Like who lost 5k in just 1 day nobody.
Last night I kill many chances I would have get to grow that account all because I got stuck in trades.

This time I am not going to that..
Just take the best trades possible will see very calmly and patienty market and when odds are in favour RISK is minimum then I pull the trigger.
May be I set tp or not but I will set the stop loss..

Listen to this before you make any more bets on the markets..... its 3 hours and this may give you some more clues about the behaviour that caused you to lose your last account.. Do not trade today. or even again until next week or the week after.. that is bad financial management. you are not in the correct mind frame to trade this week.

I agree. The lessons are hard. It is important to first just be profitable with tiny lot sizes and then gradually step up. I think that ambition of making 22k in such a short period of time can actually be his undoing. The pressure will be too much. Akim keeps saying not to trade with too much pressure inside of us. Such pressure will bear much on emotions and then big losses and round and round in a vicious cycle. Those of us who are yet to perfect our skills have much to learn.
