Thats hard. I usually dont have a fix target. I try to aim at least 1:1 with 1 order, the second I try to look for 1:2 and the third for swing trade. But it depends on how the price is playing up.

Akim, what do you mean like sideline? How do you trade on paper? Is it like you will note down the price and see if the price will go up or down?

Akim, I've heard you say that you write down at the end of the day how the price played that day? Do you still do that? And what things could we look to write down?

do that everyday until now mate..
where price open n close for daily..
where have some rejection by bull/bear..
sometimes how pattern play from small/big tF..
their daily range..etc..
just for a cup of coffee...

Probably check on chart which area need to pay attention, when there is opposite set up form or fast reject need to careful, if scalp 20-30 pips is enough.

big move does not need perfect setup to form..
can watch previous bigger tF about its..

I closed my gold with 60 pips.
will rest for this week.
some back and forward but still in good profit this week.
will do better at next week.

guys we always ask why akim short here or there, but we missing some area that reject but not seem at bigger tf.
there is some price detail need to take note where it hold n reject.
this is what i doing nowadays , follow akim instruction and take note what he say n market price area.

did you know about cup n handle pattern?
one of craziest pattern at forex..
and lots more..
when we spot those pattern so with our methods
lot n lot of green pips we can grab from its..
when we notice it in play so if there any setup against its so we can aviod from it too..

Candle stick pattern and some like double top/bot pattern,
advance pattern not suggest to learn, it will add more complication at chart, i do learn that before , make more complicated and draw pattern out.
