BB : 20 period and 2 deviation
LWMA : 5 apply to High and 5 apply to Low

You must use bollinger bands, an indicator that comes with all trading platforms. He just put you the settings there. Then you need to add 2 Linear weighted moving average (5) one at the low and one at the high.

I use pivot proof, its a paid one but you can really setup it as you want.

does look possible, was yesterday support level 250, if broken we could see the drop the news this morning news could maybe give its momentum, I will watch and then attack.

Set up for bull is 1 candle bull 2 candle bear for retest,
if third bear candle appear is failed or need extra care.
better set up is 1 vs 2 not 1 vs 3.
