Is this the reverse of what you posted? From what I gathered it is a flag because it shows a balance of price during an attempt to fill orders at a previous low?

i think it will drop to 106.05 with in 2 weeks, just a matter of time. But i don't know how high will it go before the drop starts.

USD/JPY had a bearish trend till day before yesterday but today it seems to have a bullish as USD seems to be gaining from asian forex and it might go to 106.60 today which will then go above the weekly average of april month.

I don't know what timeframe the chart you posted is (I prefer 4hour and above for entries, but looking at 1hour for early potential signals) and I dont know if that's the USD/JPY, but at the risk of going out of this thread's subject, here's what I would look to do looking just at the snapshot you provided. But It is not a mechanical approach that buys at the Xth break of the prior candle's high. There is a lot of subjective judgement of the overall trend, higher timeframes, time of day/week etc.

The 1-hour chart of USD/JPY has just printed its 3rd bullish continuation bell in a row, suggesting this may be getting ready to turn up again, after yesterday's pump and dump.

It's been quite interesting that Asian markets have been giving the tempo these past few weeks, not the Dow. The Dow would fall, dragging the Western markets with it, then China would come online and drag Asia up, dragging also the Dow up next day. Very interesting. A sign of things to come, IMO, with Asia in general.

Pale, I meant the straight bull BIG daily candle (maybe pale wasn't the right word).. hence I could not add since this week.. I just mentioned a level I have in mind (106.8926)..

BTW, I am 99% Techy head ..(thought you'd already figure that out)

Again, Target remains 111.XX

we trading different,
im scalping/small swings trades.
i dont like to hold trades long term, not my style.

Added my another long for the pair at 106.95.


It retraced around 61.8 and i am expecting a bounce back to 107.50 or so.
