I do not use it for currencies but based on the math that computes it, it can be used as a trend following indicator.

If RSI remains above 50 for a long or below 50 for a short ie...bounces off the 50 its supporting a trend. But the math in that scenario is simply stating that in the time periods you have selected the price is closing in the upper half ....on average...in the candle time frame. Or in the case of a short its closing in the lower half of the periods trading range....on average.

ie RSI 14 and you are long using candle sticks. It keeps bouncing off the RSI 50 or will not drop below 50. On average in the 14 periods the candles are closing in the higher half of the range of the individual candles. Just might suggest the bulls want in more.

Reverse that for the bearish scenario.

There is no clear direction on EURUSD. It is going sideways. I think it is better to trade this pair on a 1HR Tf and lower. Smaller pips, get in , get out. So far we do not know where is EURUSD going, as there is no clear signal. Trade safe.

Everything is screwed up in the Forex market. Scalping seems to be a good strategy if one knows what to do. However, if a trader has the patience and intestinal fortitude to handle possible drawdown of 60 to 100 pips (not recommended for noobs or those with a small account), this stuff eventually works itself out. Just look at the chart and see for yourself. Hint: look for long wicks on the 4HR and 8HR and see how price reacts to these special candles.

I see it. If you mark it, and lower it on lower time frames, very good opportunities to buy and sell.

Yes, buy and sell is the key! In other words, it may work best with a hedging strategy. But it is important to use wicks longer than the candle body. The strategy is not without flaws, of course. Nevertheless, it has great potential, and is therefore, worth exploring.

its the easiest pair which can be traded, the easiest pair chich can double your account in a time period and risk appetite of your choice
