US500 slowly approaching baseline on M15. The last reaction at EOD was very nice, however today formed a lower high vs yesterday, so maybe a sign of weakening bull strength. We'll see what it shows us.

Hi all,

I just need one clarification. Given all the entry conditions stated in post 1, can I enter every time the price is on the opposite border of the 8EMA channel (but in the same area of the 200EMA), or the valid entrance is given only when the 8EMA channel crosses for the first time the 200EMA? May thanks

Generally, no. When I see price action like that I usually just flip to another chart.

In that scenario you would look to get long when channel had crossed the SMA and when price was inside the channel.

Hi LauraT. Good trade today from ADR high - went all the way back to yesterday high. In the spirit of openness, also tried the same trade on EURCHF but results not as good. And thanks to hanover for the scanner/dashboard - much easier to see.

Note to self: It's pointless to post a setup, which goes my way a couple of minutes after, if I'm not actually going to take it. Was waiting for price to touch the SMA, like it did on the previous bounce, so switched chart, and boom too late. </babyrage>
DAX, not a perfect entry. Closed @ADR high and 2R

Traded the channel failure in overall bearish market on EURAUD, still in and price is close to my 2R target.

EURNZD, it was more of an anticipation of a reaction to yesterday's low. Still in. In hindsight my stop seems a bit large, doesn't give me a great R/R situation.

I wouldn't say numerous but they do occur. More common will be channel crosses at ADR.
My trades for today 1 on EURCAD and multi entry on EN, exited EC when it was stalling, and later it dropped nicely and retraced back fully , EN could have let it run and it is still dropping..
