Pretty awesome day for trading yesterday if you were in both sessions.
I caught the first drop out in the euro session for a good 60 pips or so, and then the US session provided another shot at it - but I wasn't awake for that.

We have reached a point where a correction is in order!

USD is showing weakness. But the funny thing about USD is it is full of surprises! So beware!

Ultimately, I am expecting EURUSD to continue going deeper into the abyss. There are lots of sellers waiting to catch the ride down to 1.03, where massive buy orders are patiently waiting to change the trend!

This downward move is not sustainable. The volume does not support it. I am expecting EURUSD to correct soon!

I'm not ready to go long just yet, but I am expecting EURUSD to start making its way upstairs soon.

If price doesn't close hard below 1.07562 (see yellow highlighted candle), then I am expecting it to at least go up to 1.08687 (Point of Control), which is reasonable in my opinion, as it is near the 50% retracement. If it goes beyond that, then it could go as high as 1.09378. I would expect it to continue its descent somewhere within the range of 1.09378 (78.6 Fib) - 1.08990 (61.8 Fib). Yes, I am expecting EURUSD to continue declining in value over time (see this post).

Fundamentals are screaming buy dollars and the monthly EURUSD chart says sell. I won't be taking any longs this month.

You are right. But at some point a correction has to happen. EURUSD is grinding lower and lower but running out of steam. Now it could defy all reason and continue descending strongly, but it's not likely that will happen. It's more likely a deep retracement is going to happen first, and then a strong descent will follow.

I don't blame you for being cautious about buying here. It's totally understandable. I'm not buying yet either.

Hello everyone, hope you all had a good week and looking forward to the next. Watching EU on 30M to head back up so I can reload my shorts, unless the 4H MACD changes directions. Should be a fun Friday, hopefully will be out of market in 7.5 hours. After that, Friday gets kind of crazy for me. Using same time to exit my AU and UC trades.

It's not looking good for bulls at the moment. It is looking more and more like it is going to drop. However, it might be quick if it does. I think we will know soon.

And this is why I said Beware of USD in this post.
