We cleared that gap, and are now below that weekly open. Looking to have this hit the previous tail. Possibly go further depending on what we see when we get there, but I am banking it will end here around 107.6. This would put us in a range of 109.3 to 106.9 for three weeks. Looks like someone could load up nicely, shoot down to pop out small guys, before going north...

If we break 106.8 then 104 is on deck. I think 107 will hold though. News is out tomorrow morning, that will either break it or confirm it, so no need for brash movements today. We should range around 107 overnight. We shall see. IF it breaks today, and heads south the news will send it back up IMO.

Tail hit.. now up to 107.6 for a lil retracement that will get some bulls excited as it clears the 107.5 level.... ?

Anyone have any reason for why the usd/jpy is rising while the stock indexes have dropped, VIX has risen and treasury yields declined? Seems odd. All I can think of is that due to treasury yields in the US declining to such lows, the carry trade is not as desirable anymore, so when risk off occurs, the yen no longer strengthens? Or it's just a weird short term divergence from the typical correlation.

Price action has been consolidating: made a recent double bottom & should pop a bit higher (say to resistance), then I guess another swing lower?
