I would like to open a short position near 1.0900 area if RSI will cross the 50 lines.

The tide is turning. A close below todays open and first 1.0700 is the target,
a break from there should give more pips for bail out any stop outs and losses.

I'm still a bull this week. So i'll wait for the downside, and for a turn before loading longs.

True, we gotta trade with more caution right now.
We cannot tell what's Trump with his Coronavirus bill will do to the market (equities/fx), + the so called 250 billions equities rebalancing

I only remember EURUSD trades giving 100 pips after 2-3 weeks and now it gives what I haven't done in a Year.

It depends what time frame you are working on. I am running on the 4H right now, and here is why I am short. Keep in mind price could move into the MA's(Colored lines) before turning south. However the Weekly Pivot is at 1.08546 and has already been hit. Once the vote comes out on the stimulus this will probably start moving one way or the other.
