After gold ruined me, I went back to the roots. As Akim and Comar said, start with pairs that you can fully focus on -> For me it is GU. Since one month just watching this pairing and more and more I feel better and better.

@xnaro 3 weeks ago I also crashed an account, if you like trading in high risk market, go ahead. If it is nothing for you, then stop. You don't become a master within a few months. Here experience is required ;-)

my 4hours chart.it different on other broker.
Anyway if dont break the resist to upper , then we look for sell entry in lower TF close to 1591 area .
This is a way to enter in a trade like Akim .Sell high and buy low .
If it breaks , i look for setup in lower TF around 1609 area or even higher at 1631 area .
If spread settle then i trade .
my 2 cents .

SPREAD is 700-1000 pips
How to enter a trade.
I am stuck in sell trade.
Can't close because of Spread.
If maarket moves down; only then I can close.

time is in your favor so far.
as long as price dont go higher then have some faith in your system and sell will come.

I think one of the reason why you enter this trade because of last bearish candle closed this out wick what gives a sign that bulls do not have a power to push price higher . so it means that only bears will take pull back . ( I am not a MASTER so I am not sure if I am right !?!? )
