hi the trade is closed already, had long scalps earlier at around 1681+ position, with tight SL at 80, price dropped to 71 but SL got triggered at 75 instead of 80, there is NO gap or anything, believe there is some problem, first time such problem happening

thanks for the replies guys, might be a huge fast spike.. was away from my com earlier after entering some long scalps with SL at 80.. will observe and see how it goes. Goodluck to all

mine actually does the same. But i am using a local broker that i believe none of you have ever heard of.
and it was actually not the first time that happened.
when the spike are too fast, it just moved my stop loss along with it. My stop loss was at 80 and it ended up at 76.
it happened a few times already to me, and it does the same with my TP. The other day i have a short position with TP at 85, and because it spiked too fast, my TP ended up at 80.

it sucks when it is my stop loss that moved. But can’t complain at all when it is a TP.

i'll observe first and see if its my broker playing tricks on me, if yes i'll change broker.. becareful mate, such brokers do exist to make you deposit more and more as they make most $$ when you lose.. a broker is like a business partner to us traders, but if they are playing tricks on us.. better becareful..

Akim most used usgfx

i follow few times Pepperstone 4H and get slaughtered, and i don’t understand why, i stick to the method but still failed, and i check with Akim, they are different candlestick pattern and closing time different, causing my timing n view wrong, and i check here saw akim chart is really different and his hit rate is like 99%
and one more thing ,I dnt recommend use oanda to play akim set up, will get more trouble and lose trust in akim method,
i used Oanda bfr and keep fail or miss train, most tf is different from usgfx, the 15m/30m also will different sometime , different colour and causing me miss train
