Thank you for answering all my questions with such great patience.
If I order now, will I receive the update for free or do I need to pay again?

Frankly, my opinion of this EA is good at this point in time but there is a need for more improvement to increase the efficiency of the EA. im only suggesting for improvement so that everyone can benefit from it and not criticizing it for no reason.

Buying of the EA would also have to depends on your capital. low capital low returns then the question is whether its worth the effort to monitor and the re-balancing of the broker accounts.

for existing users, try to add position manually simply because if the EA auto add position, usually it will add during roll over time period where spread are obnoxiously high, exotic pair's spread can hit like 500 pips even for ECN accounts.

Averaging for my setup, it takes about 1 week of swap to break even from commission and swap but well , i guess different setup = different amount of time to break even.

for new live account users, try to install spread indicator to monitor pair's spread for the day (to decrease or lower the breakeven number of days)

it would be good if we get notification via sms for detection of notification (im still taking a look if im able to set it on MT4 mobile) =D

different nationality has different broker's leverage restriction, so you might wanna take a look at it.

different country has different cost for rebalancing, etc CC 1-3% charge or bankwire. its still a cost regardless.

for existing users, it will be good if you can install indicator to monitor the max drawdown on your account so that you can expect the highest drawdown which can be due to widening of spread or market fluctuation or whatever reason.

in terms of EA's [Low Limit Percent] option, till date, if its base on stated Margin (used) then frankly, the efficiency is reduced drastically as broker stop out level is base on individual's broker SOL of (for my case is [Free margin = 30%]).
Question: does the EA have build in algorithm to detect market crash and close all position or is it just base on [Low Limit Percent]

Build updates are always free. There is no additional charge.

Hello cupidsux.
Thank you for your feedback. To your question:

...does the EA have build in algorithm to detect market crash and close all position or is it just base on [Low Limit Percent]

No, there is no algorithm to detect a market crash. As all positions are permanently hedged it is not necessary.

In the actual version positions are fully or partially closed when the specified margin limits are reached. Best practice is to let the software close positions partially when one account runs low. It frees up margin and gives the user time to re balance the accounts.

i do understand the part that its permanently hedge (example: Broker A, Broker B, Broker C) , what will happen when ;

- Broker A run out of margin and had a stop out level thus (Example)-[largest position got close]
- While Broker B and Broker C is in profit due to hedging

Question: will the EA be able to detect such anomaly in account and do a close all position ?

which comes back to although its permanently hedged, it still requires occasionally readjustment to ensure margin is sufficiently funded in the Broker Account & the only way to prevent the above from happening will be Setting - [Low Limit Percent] - Input field to define the low margin limit in %.

& sadly as you have expressed and i'm too stupid to understand, this particularly important setting doesn't or can't be adjusted to brokers stop out level (which in my case is Leverage 500 Margin level:30%.

In the actual version all trades are controlled by the EA and it depends on the settings how trades will be closed. Theoretically, if you setup the EA incorrect it is possible that one side of the portfolio will be closed from the broker and the other side will keep running. When everything is setup correct, trades will be closed together. (partially or fully)

The new build version closes all trades on all accounts if the stop out level is reached on one of the connected accounts. Plus, you will be able to group and interlock trades.

To sum it up: In the actual version you have two security nets but that they work properly, your settings needs to be correct. In the new version you have similar security nets but even when your settings are incorrect, the software will step in to make sure no side of the portfolio is going to a field trip.

I hope this helps.

That still sounds complicated.
Let's say I buy the software, what do I need to do to start trading with it?

ermm, its simply attached (a master and a slave to a broker MT4) and (a slave to another broker MT4) and you can use pre-set pairs and your almost done, kinda.

but i would definitely advise that you understand what the EA is capable of doing and the margin level for your broker account to understand how you can effectively ensure the efficiency of this System's EA and last but not least, rebalancing of broker account to maintain the positions.

i've brought the account last 1 or 2 weeks, still waiting for the latest version to be out to do live testing. comparatively to other methods or grid or martingale, this system is very safe 99% but with lower returns but quite broker dependent.

if 3-7% a month and maybe 1 or 2 times of account re-balancing in a month is good enough for you then just proceed further then. last but not least, regardless of whichever system, you should know what's the EA capability and strategy behind it so as to better managed the risk involved.

That still sounds complicated.

The way we trade swaps is different from classical old school trading but not really complicated.

Let's say I buy the software, what do I need to do to start trading with it?

1) Buy the software and make yourself familiar with the main functions.
That includes reading the manual, attaching the two instances to a chart and click buttons to find our what they do.

2) Join the Swap Master group on our forum and pick one of the simple portfolios to get started.

3) Setup the portfolio on the selected brokers (demo).

That the steps to get started. Ongoing effort is required and the more effort you put in, the better and more consistent will be your results.

I hope this helps.

Hello cupidsux.
We still work on the cross platform functionality. It is difficult to code because there are many differences in MQL4 and MQL5 but we make good progress.
As soon everything is ready we will get in touch with you.

Forum PM and Forum E-Mails I do not check very frequently. Please send them always directly to Andrew (s u p p o r t (at) f o r e x 2 1 (dot) com).

Cross platform connectivity is a big step forward and will increase the number of swap trading opportunities. But it is tricky to develop and we do a lot of testing to make sure everything works as it should be.

The update is of course free and will be in your inbox as soon everything works perfect.

would appreciate if there would be a estimated timeline as to how long it will be with regards to the next major update with reference to [Low Limit Percent], the difference is huge with regards to the available margin for use thus, the current version might not be suitable to run on a higher gearing and undermine the returns on portfolio and risking all position to close @ minimum [Low Limit Percent] of 1% which is the maximum since its not possible to be negative and/or 0.

i'm asking this because i wanna try on live account and would appreciate the estimated timeline to next update so i can manage things better that way. as things are right now, its working perfectly as it is on demo which i've run for a week or 2, which i found this major flaw and that's about it.

well, all in all, would still like to thank you for your effort.
