What will be the swap rate for Friday after triple swap?

Hi,
I am confused about swap rate. I know triple swap charge on Wednesday for a trade. My question is after taking triple swap on Wednesday night, should broker charge swap again on Friday for the same trade or broker will charge swap on the next Monday?

Broker charges triple swap once per week, and the day that it happens can be found in the contract specifications.

My broker charged 3times swap yesterday and today (friday) they charge single swap again for the same trade. Is it normal?

It is normal. They will charge you swap on Friday night again. The week end is on Saturday night and Sunday night.

I have no idea what you are talking about, a normal broker only charges swaps on Wednesday.

Regardless of whether a broker is normal, or “abnormal” (which I guess is the alternative)


if we trade (on MT4 anyway)
we should be able to find the daily swap on each and every pair

(and it should also be listed which day is a ‘triple” swap day - it’s Wednesday for my broker)


Open MT4

then

Ctrl-M (Market Watch)


highlight ANY pair at all
(it will ultimately take you to the same place for the pair you want)


right-click on that pair, choose Symbols

NOW highlight the “specific” pair you wish to examine, and choose Properties


(you can then scroll right down for particular information such as Min & Max Lot size available on that pair)

and underneath those you will see the daily swap rate (charges/bonuses) under

swap long
swap short

(it should mention that the swap rates are in points, not pips)


From that info you can find YOUR Broker’s swap setups (etc) for the pairs that you trade.

Well, at least I can do this on my MT4 broker screen
