I really feel sorry for Alexander who has to answer all these (stupid?) questions, it will drive me nuts!!!

How much will I lose? Ha ha it is fx, you can lose all!! Trading forex is no "set and forget" you need to watch your account a few times a day, but luckily if you have bought the software you will get an alert e-mail to top up. It needs to be managed other wise it is not for you.... there are no easy money in this world!

That is my conclusion of the system.

nobody cares about your opinion nor conclusion or whether your nuts, no question is too stupid either since the question wasn't directed to you .

in any case, he was just asking for the estimated fees of associated cost involved with re-balancing.

1)Additional spread of reopening new trades
2) cost of transfer (cc or bank wire) & related charges

Ok. So if one account goes up the other goes down and we try to keep them balanced. Right? What when we are not quick enough to re balance them and everything gets closed. What are the costs? Do we face losses? If we do, how large are they?
Ignored
As mentioned by cupidsux, you don't face losses in classical terms but a portfolio stops you need to re balance your accounts, start your portfolio again and you may miss some trading days.

Let assume you trade a simple portfolio with positions of 1 lot per broker (2 brokers)
Re balancing costs: 20$ (can be more or less)
Trade execution/2 trades with 1 lot: 20$ (spread and commission)

Please note that costs depend from many factors. As example: If you pay with SEPA your re balancing costs are 0. But if use your CC to fund your account, you may pay up to 3%. The same is valid for trade execution costs. To place a EURUSD 1 lot trade can costs you 20$ on one broker and just 5$ on another broker. The instrument/currency pair matters as well.

Questions are always welcome. Most traders know very little about swap trading and it is perfectly normal that there are a lot of questions. And you are right, when it comes to trading, there is no easy money. It takes time and effort to get familiar with swap trading but it is well wort it.

I just started using your software and it seems ok, still needs to be more user friendly for users to get started and execute trades. Also, the forum is quite inactive. No one really post much, maybe have a spreadsheet with your recommended trades and brokers we should have. That would really help people who new into swap trading.

@Sheryars

Thank you for your feedback. While swap by itself is not complicated, it is a fact that especially at the beginning there is a lot to learn and it takes some time to get familiar with the concept and the software.

Regarding trade execution...
You are right, a function what allows to place multiple trades at the same time is really missing in the actual version. We already took care about this and added this function. This and several other new features to make the handling easier will be available in the next update.

Regarding forum...
I guess most users prefer to read over making new posts. But there are about 500 posts in the Swap Master group and new users are added pretty much every day to the group.

I hope this helps.

As a start, one could look up Brokers and Swaps here:

https://forexbenchmark.com/brokers/swap_arbitrage/

Wouldn't be too hard to program a webcrawler and fill a database with that data.

thanks , we need that button. Also entering the pairs should be easier. Just saying from a starter users point of view.

the forum is quite inactive with hardly anyone posting. I agree most are viewers like me looking for some posts by senior / experienced users. For ex: I posted a question a few days ago never received any replies. Just saying there should be more activity especially on the pairs and markets end.

To enter a new trade the user needs to specify broker, instrument, action, and lot size. I think that is as easy as it gets.

Really?! If there would be any unanswered support questions on the forum I would know about it.

Thank you for your input. Yes, the website you mentioned and also MyFxbook swaps section are useful to some extend. The problem is that many brokers are missing and the info is often not accurate. As example: The highest paying swap difference/lot is at the moment 30$/lot. That translates to 18% gain every month if the trader trades with 2 lots/side on a 10k portfolio. Unfortunately, that particular example does not work in practice.

Until now most of our research is done manually but we do work on our own swap database to simplify the research process.

Because the swap info provided by the highest paying broker is incorrect.

I am afraid I don't understand your question. What exactly do you mean with: How long does it take for open trades to average?

A few more questions before I place my order:

1) Trades are added by the user, correct?
2) Whats those buttons for?

3) Does the software force me to hedge all trades or can I decide myself how much I hedge or not?
4) Any discount available?

Hi Alexander,

Do you have an evaluation copy for us to try?

Is it possible to use this strategy on only one broker? Have you ever found pairs (two or more) within the same broker giving positive nett swaps?

Am I right to say that the main functions of the EA is to help calculate reasonable lot sizes for your account size and close corresponding trade if one broker's trades got stopped out? What other functions does the EA do?

I understand that we need to research on pairs to trade on our own as it's not sourced for by the EA right?

Yes, they are added by the user and executed by the software.

2) Whats those buttons for?

They allow you to enable/disable one click buttons. It is a function what helps to avoid mistakes. As example: When the portfolio is running, you can disable the one click buttons to make sure you don't close trades by mistake.

The tiny button with the lock allows you to interlock trades with each other. It is a new function and will be available in the new build version.

3) Does the software force me to hedge all trades or can I decide myself how much I hedge or not?

All your trades should be fully hedged but theoretically it is possible to hedge some trades partially.

4) Any discount available?

The actual price (299$) is very low and no additional discount is available.

I hope this helps. Please let me know if you have any further questions.

Alexander

As all orders are backed up by our no question asked refund policy, we do not offer trial versions.

Is it possible to use this strategy on only one broker? Have you ever found pairs (two or more) within the same broker giving positive nett swaps?

No, that is not possible. On one and the same broker there is always a negative difference between long and short swap. You always need at least two brokers.

Am I right to say that the main functions of the EA is to help calculate reasonable lot sizes for your account size and close corresponding trade if one broker's trades got stopped out? What other functions does the EA do?

Swap Master collects and displays information needed to create portfolios (if you do not wish to use the ones posted on our forum), controls and manages trades, terminals and of course margin levels. If margin levels run low, Swap Master notifies the user and takes action to make sure that the portfolio stays hedged and under full control.

I understand that we need to research on pairs to trade on our own as it's not sourced for by the EA right?

As client you will have access to our research (shared in a private forum group), plus we also provide clients with information how they can do their own research. We also work on our own broker/swap database.

I hope this helps.
Please let me know if you have any further questions.
