Eur is going down H4-can be all- but eur will touch middle of daily channel-1.10400 (for a moment)maybe more.My opinion.All is go down much better when eur cross 1.12720 H1 big support.About ECB news i dont know where it comes-maybe spike or not this is news.this is H1 chart better to go some up and drop
