Overnight M64 completed the up continuation to M512. Then M128 turned down, so you should be watching the M128 for up continuation to buy. At the same time, M128 could simply continue down to bring down M256 for a counter-trend sell.

- on the "non-refreshed" chart all crossover are to be marked with a V-line or suitable analytical tool.
- refresh the chart and compare crossovers against V-line or analytical tool (marker)
- Only then any repainted crossover can be found.

Comparing TDI Red Green against TDI Real time? Off course there will difference in how the lines are plotted.
One plot in real time one plot at close of bar.

You could have used the M128 as the control chart and taken this sell of the M32 down continuation to the M128 at the close of the bar at the white vertical.
At that close, ATR(5) was only about 7 pips, so 5 pips target with a large lot would make easy $$. Drawdown was less than 10 pips.

That is simple and I have sdai that before. You simple place both TDIs version in two different sub-windows and leave your MT4 running without any interupptions. Make sure your internet connection is reliable and without any toggling which can re-start your MT4 log-in to your broker server.

You can zoom into your chart and you will see how many bars of the TDI are same and different.
When any chart get refreshed both the TDI versions will look exactly the same because the TDI Red Green Post#25 get repainted to look like the TDI Realtime. Do you get it now and why your post#73,461 provided wrong information.

Exactly and that is what I have been trying to explain that to you.
The TDI Red Green Post#25 paints the lines at the Close of the bar/candle and this TDI re-paints when charts are refreshed.
The TDI Realtime paints the lines on every price tick received and you can visually see the lines moves while the price bar/candle is moving. The green line can cross and uncross at the Close of the bar/candle when there is a price pull back at the Close.


Why can't you focus discussion and post with quality technical discussion with facts and not jumping to name calling and mudslinging? It shows your level of immaturity and poor anger management and your frequent emotional outburst.

now study this chart GBPJPY M5 below and see for yourself.
that red line is when I started the auto-screen capture every 5 minutes.

look at the part where the TDI repainted on its own after certain number of bars, and this depends on the volatility of the price. If there is s sudden spike in the price you can visually see the repainting in realtime.

study the part which has not yet repainted and notice the differences between the two green lines.

Now can you appreciate the fact why Big E use the TDI #25 for his scalping mode aggressive entries and conservative exits.
Big E has been right all the time when he said his TDI#25 is king and is the heart of his trading style. I never doubted him when I have mastered his trading style on H4 10PM, 2AM and 6AM candles. It really works but only if you have his patience and temperament,.

Really, IT DOESN'T MATTER WHAT INDICATOR YOU USE!!!!! Just use it consistently and learn how it behaves during various market conditions.

Automobiles have a TURN INDICATOR. When you see the turn INDICATOR flashing on the car ahead of you, you have an EXPECTATION that the car is very soon going to go a different direction, the direction INDICATED by the turn indicator. A cross street is ahead--you prepare for that car to change direction at that cross street. But... hmmm, no direction change! That indicator must be broken! Uh... no. It is an INDICATOR, not a FUTURE TELLER. So now you see that the TURN INDICATOR does not always indicate that a change WILL come at the next opportunity;it merely INDICATES that there is more likelyhood of a direction change soon. Now you can decide to not make use of such a FAULTY (in YOUR view) indicator, or you can continue to use it, knowing one of its limitations and dealing with it.

On another outing, the car ahead of you approaches an intersection at high speed and suddenly makes a sharp right turn. What the.....???? The turn indicator did not give me a signal about that!!! Well, looks like you found out another condition where the turn indicator does not operate according to your expectations.

EVERY turn indicator on an automobile operates in essentially the same way. One may flash at a different rate than another; one may be higher light intensity than another. But in the big picture, they do nearly the same thing. As long as you know the minor differences, you can use ANY of them and arrive successfully at your destination.

For those of you that don't get the point, just pick one of the TDI versions, study it, and use it exclusively. You will arrive at the bank with pips no matter which one you master using.

About indicators:
Fact #1 Big E used the TDI in Post#25 and that is the TDI which is his king and heart of his trading style.
Fact #2 The APB/HA candles and the 5EMA are two other indicators of Trading Made Simple 5-Method.
Fact #3 The Stochastics is also an important indicator used by Big and he explained with many chart examples in his old thread where his 5-Method started.

yes, I use some other indicators to provide me with more information about the market conditions but I have always the TMS 5-Method template which I compared with to support my daily trade planning and also for trade setups. Those indicator do not conflict with the main four indicators mention above and are complement for add-on market information.

Do not worry about Post#6 , Post#486, etc. I have tested every indicator and I know what the performance in live market and I have my own trading results to content with. Do Not add anything until you have fully learned the 5-Method and have mastered trading the 5-Method in live marker conditions.

Unless you mastered this method already... keep the questions or concerns coming. Post your Demo trades too.

Continue making Demo trades to build your confidence and study old charts where the TDI gives clean signals... it will pay you in spades... well, pips in our case...
