Only positive thing about being short and holding is the positive swap, losing money holding it would be horrible. Been there done that in the past, not my favorite spot to be in. Stay green.

Yes this was just MACD and MA's, I use a couple variants of it, just wanted to show newbies you do not need a lot of fancy indicators to be very profitable. I post some pivots, but honestly prefer MACD, MA's and S/R. Only use pivots to see a few things and make quick pips at certain points. Anyhow, I am a simple man, and am happy averaging 100-150 pips per week. Don't need much, just consistency. Every once in a while it hits big. Lot of times end up 150-200/week because I trade the 4H/1H strategy with these. I believe same as you, will go a little higher and then retrace.
