Hi @Xmess7,

There is something wrong with the current version v59. The basket opened at 9:00 AM GMT on Monday instead of 9:00 AM GMT Tuesday specified in the setting. It's very weird. I have selected weekly instead of daily.

Show me the expert log. You do have PrintDebugInfo=true right??

I don't have the Debug info. I forgot to set it. Do you have the v43? It's my favorite version and the most stable one. Would you repost it? I accidentally deleted it. Thanks so much.

Ok I checked the code.. step by step and there is nothing telling me that it did not worked.

you see in the code the input GMTOpenDayofWeek is assigned the days with designated by numbers:
0 - sunday
1- Monday
2 - Tuesday
etc etc etc

Then to open a basket the EA checks your GMTOpenDayofWeek to what MT4 telsl you the day is:

IF TradeMode=Weekly AND DayOfWeek() is not = GMTOpenDayofWeek then DO NOT OPEN BASKET.

Where DayOfWeek() is what MT4 tells me what Day it is today (0-Sunday,1-Monday,2-Tuesday,etc,etc).

So as you can see if both conditions do not match EA does open a basket.

What could of happened? the only thing that could of happened was that the DayOfWeek() gave us the wrong number... in your case 2 for Tuesday today on a Monday. The other part where I assigned the numbers, I doubt very much that those numbers can ever change cause they are STATIC... every time you run the EA those number are assigned just as you see them... and they can only be changed if you go into the code and manually change them.

What I recommend is to trade demo for now and keep an eye on that. If it continues to happen then I will change the code. This is not normal... this part like many other have not had ANNNNY issues... Look at Pippo he has not ever reported these issues...

Show me the inputs you are using... or send me your preset... I will run the basket as yo do for the next couple of weeks to see if I get the same issue..

Hi everybody,
have a problem with MT4 Expert Advisors.
Copied indicator "xm7_Ccfp_Wkly_TradeMonitor_v59.ex4" to the folder ....\MQL4\Expert\
Refreshed or restarted MT4 and indicator disappeared from the folder. All the time.

Have tried xm7_Ccfp_Wkly_TradeMonitor_v43.ex4
The same - disappears.

Native MACD Sample.ex4 and Moving Average.ex4 doesn't disappear.

1 month ago everything was fine.

Where can be a problem and how to fix?

Are there any errors in the journals? That may identify the problem.

No errors.
Simply on restart of MT4 all copied indicators in Expert folder disappears (are removed).

Strange!
Tried other ex4 files, they don't disappear.
Only newly compiled xm7_Ccfp_Wkly... files are removed (xm7_Ccfp_Wkly_TradeMonitor_v59.ex4; xm7_Ccfp_Wkly_TradeMonitor_v43.ex4).

UPDATE MT4 v59.1

xm7_Ccfp_Wkly_TradeMonitor_v59.1.ex4

Made several changes to the filters portion (3Candlecolor and bbSequeze).
This may of been the reason for some of you not seeing trades. Depending on certain conditions the EA would not allow the rBasket to be triggered.
For those having other issues try this copy and let me know if you continue to have these issues.

You my friend, have the WEIRDEST ever condition.. Try this copy and let me know if you still have this issue. if so then I recommend we do a dekstop share so I can examine what exactly is happening in your machine.

I have placed previous working copies. If you still have issues with the current one try these:
xm7_Ccfp_Wkly_TradeMonitor_v51.0.ex and xm7_Ccfp_Wkly_TradeMonitor_v43.0.ex4

Please save it as a preset file and upload. You will need to change it to a text file in order to upload it here on FF.
After you save the preset, just change the preset file extension '.set' to '.txt' then you can upload it.

V59 does have an issue with the filters. Once in a while the code will block trades that were not supposed to be blocked. This was one of the reason some of you were not getting any trades... In that case all trades were blocked by the filters (3 candle in particular).

Fixed this on v59.1, plus you get a full printout on what pairs were blocked and why. This way if you think that there should of been more trades you can now see which trades were blocked and check for yourself why or if it was actually an error.

For example if the EA blocks a sell GBPJPY trade cause of the 3 candle filter. The EA will list the pair as being blocked and detail that the direction of the trade did not match the direction of the 3 Candle colors. You can then check that on the charts to see if it was or wasn't true.

More often than I care to think about, on very promising weeks the set-up has been botched by either trader fumbling the ball, or computer exccentricity. In this week's case, an unscheduled update, and reboot. No trade.
