We will start afresh next week. seems like everybody had a rough week.. alot of people just want to look for shortcut and fast rich scheme in forex.. this aint the way to go.. to be honest, to me, gold is on a bull trend now, akim strategy show bear setups at different tF, but i’m still on the bear side with him.. why?? the reason is simple,i trust his system and methods.. furthermore if its a strong bull trend now, every buyer in the market is a genius cause you will be making money most of the time being a bull. but if you can make money being a bear in a strong bull trend like what akim did, you are a god basically.. i dont mind losing money for experience, losing is really painful to me, i’m just a university student with no income.. to be honest my laptop has been with me for 8 years.. can you imagine my graphic card is still at 640 nvidia? can you imagine how my laptop is only able to charge its battery when the wire is tilt at a certain angle, and once you move the laptop or touch the wire you have to readjust it.. it will die on me anytime and i dont have money to buy a new computer.. this just goes to show how much i am struggling but i still believe in akim strategy and try to learn as much and save as much as possible to acquire more skills and experience in forex. in this business, if you are not willing to lose, you will not learn for sure.. what i want to learn are real skills that can last me for a lifetime.. for people who just joined this thread and want to learn, we welcome you.. stay engaged in this forum and read back on previous posts, your questions might already been asked a thousand times.. for people who want to get rich fast.. better go to casino and all in 1 time.. its alot faster and simpler free guidance and lessons by akim everyday is already a blessing.. leongpuyj, me and some other traders here want to make this as our full-time desperately.. we want to succeed.. so please if you just want to fool around, do leave the thread.. happy weekend to all of you.

@junn great post, lot of people get the wrong mindset of forex being a get rich quick scheme or a quick escape from poverty. You must be able to invest in knowledge because it can last you a life time as the fx market will always be there

not my forum to do so, I trade with SL and sometimes I don't trade with SL. One thing I don't do is look for others to blame if I take a hit. It's the risk I've accepted and I plan my positions accordingly. I am by no means qualified to give anyone advice as I'm learning this as I go, but I have been studying other peoples MyFxbook's stats to understand how they do it. One thing I can tell you is... you'll probably get a better % gain by trading with hard SL..lol. So you need to train your mind to allow for loss.

Hahaha, AU and GU, dont know what happened over the weekend but fuck yeah, ended up the week with $365 in profit in positions that were opened, and came back to 4k. I know it is going to fill the weekend gap, but its funny nontheless

gaps haven't been filling right away as of lately. Gap fill theory isn't a sound theory to wager real money on as a beginner. can be a quick way to lost a lot for newbies. trust me, i speak from experience, you're still trading demo though right?

100% agree.

It's a grind, and you need flawless execution if you want to grind a small account to big. Best thing to do is perfect your craft over a few years, while working on the side, set a good stake on the side, limit your exposure to your full investment, when you know wtf you're doing, then you pull the trigger on a decent sized account.

There are two methods of trading forex. Fundamental trading and Technical trading.

Fundamentally: XAU is an uptrend due to coronavirus now but in the past Mr. President Trump.
Technically: XAU is exhausted and should downtrend but watch out corona isn't over yet.

Having said that; World currencies are melting, so traders are Buying USD$ and SELL AUD/NZD/EUR/GBP and XAU but as I said earlier Fundamentally XAU is uptrend due to Mr. Trump interference in FED and now coronavirus, therefore XAUUSD is the safest heaven. You shouldn't trade XAU in one direction only. Akim trade in both directions with auto stop loss in place. Or at least by last year, he was trading in both ways. hoping he still does, check with him.

with the massive bull run already recorded in GOLD, it seems the most profitable option now would be a sell trade. patiently looking for the ideal entry is key here. it seems many of us have chickened out of taking a position or we are not just posting? well well, it has to drop some. my sell trades for today: 1684.81; 1682.75; 1681.1 in that order. these are MY OWN TRADES. make your own decisions
