I am looking to short EURAUD because of weekly chart pattern and it seems its the top of the past price action, please discuss if this is right thing to do or should wait still.

to be very honest markets are in no trade part on most of the pairs, really not able to see how to trade at this moment. will take trades with clear signals, coronovirus is the cause I guess.

You know, without pulling the chart up for comparison, this chart reminds me of UJ before it broke up. Aus has a lot of weakness , Yes sure Eur has lots of issues too, they're battling at the bottom... but Eur could break up too. Also, another option is that this pair could break TL and continue range bound. In fact I think that's likely, look like a break down but continue range. Everything is money management.... don't go too hard if it breaks south, it might just as likely bounce back up !

It depends what you want to trade, looking for entries on a weekly chart is kinda useless if you want just a few pips. On a weekly chart you look for long term direction of the market and on lower timeframe wait for price action and confirmation for a potential reversal. You are correct that structurally EURAUD is on the top and longer term direction is to the downside. Fundamentally though there is no reason for AUD to get strong right now. It´s the weakest currency during uncertainty and they even gave signs for more rate cuts last week.

In longer term though AUD will be the strongest currency in the market and huge reversals will occur. AUDCHF sits at all time low, AUDUSD and AUDCAD at 10 year lows and every other AUD pair at long term highs/lows. There will be multiple thousand pip reversals and in your example EURAUD could go down as far as 1.4 for more then 2000 pips.

Still as I said fundamentals have to improve. They are driving markets right now and it doesnt matter how overextended some movements look, you can´t predict bottoms or tops in this situations. I give you a positive scenario though, let´s say corona virus fears disappear in the next few weeks and RBA doesn´t cut rates on 3rd of March, then we could see reversal.

i get some msg from our friends about my trading or call from last week at gold..not follow the trend..
not watch what market up to and lot more..
i give a simple explain...
how to trading against the trend and how to used stop loss..
then..thinks..

3 week ago..
i start give my free signal or live call for Gu n Gold..
early 2 weeks is great because big bear week..
but last week some get BUST..why?
for me just easy..
sorry to said.
they not used stop loss..
or used stop loss too tight and too early move to BE..
when i start shorting that early 2 week..
lot of traders still long and get bust as usuall..
so where the really problem are?

We know there is bear setup at weekly but strong up trend at daily. At H4 we have bear setup around 1590-92 (but failed) and around 1610-12 (get some pips) and the price going up all the way to the current price.
At M15 and M30, there are bear setup repeated again and again...I lost because of my greedy mode on ,hope big bear woke up to get more pips and adding on losing trade, but of course all trade have stop loss (20-30pips, I think is too tight). From this experience, I need to learn when to add more trade like you did (greedy mode ) and when not to.

Bro Akim, Is it more saver to short only when there is bear setup at H4 considering bear setup is at Weekly and daily is still in strong up trend?

sometimes..
any retrace or reverse just come from small tF like m15/30
usually happen when all bigger tF show big bullish/bearish sign..
